Kieran and his wife hosts this place really nice. they have always helped me with all the local suggestions. Good breakfast and they have adjusted the timings based on my tours so really appreciate! . location is walking distance from the center and it's an easy walk. would recommend this place.

We used Kenny’s place as our base camp during the Loch Ness marathon 2024 and really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and proximity to the city. I know I’ll be back in Inverness and Kenny’s place I will surely short list 😄

Lovely static caravan - warm, welcoming, comfortable - situated close to the beach, forest and coastline. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone solo or family traveller!

Meg's place is beautiful. The accommodation is well equipped and roomy with super comfy beds and brilliant showers. There is also a private outside space for your morning coffee. The scenery is amazing and close to the Loch. We had a wonderful time and would love to return. Thank you Meg and Gary!😊

It was such amazing place and home stay. I love the furniture and view from living room.. i love to stay in this house.. Emma was damn good and very responsive.

This is a comfortable cozy and private stay. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to downtown Inverness and Culloden battlefield. We ate great fish & chips and burgers and had great whisky at a few local places. As others mentioned there are no windows but I didn’t find that to be a problem—only a bit steamy after a hot shower but not an issue! Would definitely recommend staying here! :)

We had an amazing time staying in Fiona’s cottage. It was clean, warm and cosy. Everything you needed plus more was there and it was a great location, while still being quiet at night. Fiona and her husband were extremely welcoming and responsive. We would love to come back again!

If you want to stay in the Scottish highlands this place is perfect. Tracy's place was probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was spotless top to bottom and the attention to detail Tracy has is amazing. It has all the amenities you could need, and everything is a really high standard. The bed is super comfy and the showers are amazing. The pictures do not do it justice! The surrounding area is beautiful; only a short walk to Loch Ness and a short (and stunning) drive to mountains and local areas. If it is a clear night you must sit on the balcony and look at the stars as it is like something out of a movie. I would 100% recommend this place and the host Tracy, who was so helpful, kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

A great central location for exploring the Highlands. We visited Skye, Fort Augustus, Inverness and of course Loch Ness. Also good hiking right across the street. A clean, safe and picturesque base for day trippers with friendly and responsive hosts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thomas's charming cottage by the river, and it was an experience I won't forget. From the moment I arrived, Thomas and Paula were incredibly helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The cottage itself is a delightful retreat, with the river just outside the door, creating a serene atmosphere that truly enhances the experience. Listening to the gentle sound of the flowing river at night was remarkably soothing and made for a perfect night's sleep. I highly recommend booking a stay at this must-visit cottage. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a cozy spot to unwind, this is the perfect place!

The Coach house is really lovely. The location is fantastic, 15mins to the town centre is a huge bonus. The underfloor heating is a welcome addition, given the changeable weather during our stay. Loads of urban walks with the dog. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
