Vacation rentals with a hot tub in River Avon

The apartment is really central to all the sites, shops, restaurants etc and less than a 10 min easy walk from the station. We found the beds really comfortable and the apartment was both spotless and spacious. The hot tub was a welcome bonus at the end of the day & the fairy lights made it feel even more relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Such a lovely stay! We were in a complete relaxation bubble the entire time! Only wish we had booked a longer stay. Will definitely be back :)

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was beautiful and in such a beautiful location. It had everything you would need. Some lovely walks nearby and the view from the hot tub was gorgeous. We’ve had such a lovely weekend just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings of the lake. We would love to come back at some point!

After an issue with our booking we were offered this as an alternative lake house for our stay. The location was excellent and Orion were great to deal with. The only disappointment was us not being to have the house that we had originally booked but the house we did have was comfortable, hot tub was great and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area.

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for all of the families and children. Great social spaces and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub and sauna were perfect on wet January weekend. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful lodge located on a stunning lake with some great amenities nearby. The organisation and communication leading up to the trip was excellent with recommendations readily available for things to do, restaurants, takeaways etc. We also booked a private chef who was recommended by the owners and he was brilliant. We also couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the lodge and surrounding areas and it had everything we needed. Our only complaint was a light in the downstairs toilet not working and it wasn’t until we checked out that we were informed this was a wiring issue that couldn’t be sorted while we were there (this could’ve been communicated better during our stay). Other than that, beautiful place and great hosts.

We spent an enjoyable long weekend celebrating a special birthday. There was ample room for all 10 of us. The views were great from all balconies, the hot tub was used and we enjoyed a bit of star gazing at night! You will enjoy the peace and quiet.

House was lovely. We spent Christmas week with multi generational family and it was perfect. Plenty of room and very comfortable. House was exactly as expected with lots of great amenities and tidy. We were able to prepare a full Christmas meal with everything there!. Lots of beautiful villages to explore nearby. Jan and Jamie were responsive and friendly and stopped by to make sure we were comfortable and settled. Definitely recommend.

We had such a fabulous weekend at Otter's Holt celebrating my brother's 50th. The house is beautiful with wonderful views and extremely well appointed -we had everything we needed. Lorraine was very responsive when we had some problems that we needed help with. We all loved the outdoor pools at the spa and the kids enjoyed hiring canoes to paddle across Howell's Mere. We hope to visit again.

Olivia’s house is lovely - plenty of space for everyone and great amenities (games room, TVs, speakers, hot tube etc.). Olivia lives in the house next door and was wonderful, always checking that everything was okay and helping when our fob broke. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 9, plenty of space, it was well appointed and there was a good choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. Although we didn’t use the outside space much due to the weather the hot tub was great. The hosts were very responsive and sorted out a couple of minor issues swiftly.

The place matched and exceeded the description and photos. It was exceptionally clean upon our arrival and well decorated. There was an abundance of cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, etc. Management company were extremely communicative before and through-out. Would 100% recommend this house for future traveler's.

Great house for New Year with a family ranging from 12 weeks to 76 with dogs. Grandparents really appreciated the cottage, which gave them space in very close proximity to the house & younger members of the family.

Gorgeous and spacious house in a stunning Cotswolds location. My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and so did our children. I can highly recommend it!

The post code didn’t take you straight to the location but it wasn’t hard to find. The location was remote but ok the site around the lake was beautiful. The cabin itself was amazing, it was quiet, spacious and private. Inside was clean, it almost looked brand new. I will definitely be booking again, i bet it would be even more beautiful in the summer!

I spent Christmas at the Look Out Lodge and it was magical. The lodge was so cosy and very clean. The location was peaceful and the perfect little escape. It had absolutely everything you would need. Sitting in the hot tub right in the middle of nature was exactly what the doctor ordered! Debbie and her husband (didn’t catch his name) were super friendly and very welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this accomodation highly enough!

Thanks so much to Scott and Laura, such a beautiful, clean and tidy cabin! Easy to find, lovely location and views from the hot tub! You are 30 mins from Bath, Chedder gorge or Longleat and we chose to go to Longleat and it was a fantastic day out.

Me and my partner stayed at ruby's retreat for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it! It was so cosy and private and we loved sitting outside with the fire on and having a bbq! Andrew was very helpful and showed us around when we arrived and answered any queries via text very quickly. It was in a great location (just under 20 minutes from Bath!) Thank you so much, would definitely come back!

The hosts were very welcoming and showed us how to use the hot tub on arrival. The place was clean, tidy and modern had decor. The hot tub was brilliant to use at night. There were places within walkable distance to eat and drink with friendly staff. It is only a 20 minute drive to Bristol also so great location overall! Would highly recommend ☺️
