The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

Located in the middle of the old quarter and the action, yet quiet, Luca did an excellent job remodeling the apartment. As clearly advertised, there is no elevator so don't take heavy luggage like I did (Luca helped us with the heaviest one). It has heating and AC. A few blocks from the Cathedral and Dukes Palace, great trattorias close by. Luca was exceptionally helpful and quick responding.

Graziella and Alberto are very courteous, very responsive and attentive to their hosts. The accommodation is very clean, very spacious and as described. It is also very well located: next to the train station (convenient to visit the Cinque Terre in particular) and the city center of Levanto. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. Both the property offered, its location and the quality of the exchanges with Graziella and Alberto, I would highly recommend it!!!

Renovated apartment almost new with all the necessary accessories, well maintained and very clean. Supermarket within walking distance. Internal stairs for bedroom access a little steep.

Very well-equipped apartment with all the essentials for cooking. 50 m from a convenience store. Close to restaurants, beach and train station. The place is spacious, comfortable. Andréa always has good advice, accommodating and available for any information about the Cinque Terre and good restaurants, especially the pizzeria. We ate the best pizzas of our lives.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was spacious, very neat and decorated in an original way. Anything you need is present. Our dogs and we have enjoyed the large fenced garden. The private parking was also a plus. The property is very conveniently located for trips to Lerici, La Spezia , Cinque terre,... Federico is very friendly and pleasant. He regularly checked how things were going and always responded to messages quickly. Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Alba’s home. It was close to everything yet it was on a quiet street away from crowds. Her home is clean and have all the amenities you’ll need. Alba is a great host. She’s very responsive, friendly, and very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a great week in the house! It had everything we needed, it was clean and we didn't miss anything. Federica was a great contact person, she was always available and gave us helpful tips for our stay. We highly recommend this house and would be happy to come back!

Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience, very nice and spacious enough apartment, new furnishings, equipped with everything you need, very good cleanliness, centrally located where everything is within walking distance. Great value.

The location is a bit hard to find, but I think this is only for foreigners or non European visitors since it was a city design problem. Besides this, we really enjoy the prepared chocolate bread and snakes also the Bluetooth speaker. The only thing to improve would be the water pressure in the bath which is a bit small.

The painter's house is a wonderful, personal place. With magnificent views, beautiful garden, individually furnished apartment. Only the traffic on the Via Aurelia and the trains disturb the otherwise fabulous location on the Golfo Paradiso a little. Thanks to our warm hosts who have a pleasant sense of sustainability: water carbonators, avoiding plastic, heating with pellets, electricity generation via photovoltaics. We felt very comfortable.

The location is very good, close to everything, quiet at night, the apartment is very well organized and pleasant. And the host, Luca, was welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed.
