The space is clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The best part is the direct access to the beach—you step out, and you're right there by the water, which makes the location unbeatable for beach lovers. The apartment itself is well-maintained and has all the amenities you could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living areas. It’s perfect for both short and extended stays. The only downside is that the building in which the apartment is located feels a bit neglected, but once you’re inside the apartment, you won’t notice it at all. The quality of the apartment more than makes up for this. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay by the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was excellent, the mirror fully matches the photos. There is everything a couple needs, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy atmosphere. The air conditioner was excellent and warmed the apartment in a few moments(it's winter) Would definitely return😊

First time we stay in an AirBnB and this was absolutely phenomenal. The location is breathtaking (right on the beach) and the duplex is stunning !!! We loved it from the first minute to the last and will definitely come back David and his son, Gil, were helpful, not overbearing, and very responsive. We stayed one additional night (our flight was in the middle of the night). We absolutely loved our stay and have recommended the place to all our friends; we will come back !!!

Great location, great host, a perfect place to lay your head and get organized to go outside - I guess for a long stay-in situation its a little small.

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Amazing apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florence neighborhood with so many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment has sunrises and sunsets, the beautiful Mediterranean is right in front of you, the sea view from every room is amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was convenient, and I loved how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my amazing experience at The Great Area. Not only is it a short walk to the beach, but there are also so many nice restaurants and markets around. And to top it off, Dalia, the host, is incredibly responsible and friendly. She helped me out so much during my stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was included (extra towels, shampoo/conditioner, welcome wine, even bathrobes!) The location is excellent—across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, but still quiet. Balcony view of the sea is beautiful, parking space is very convenient to the building, and the host is welcoming, responsive, and flexible. We would return without hesitation.

Illana's flat is absolutely stunning - from the spacious and comfortable rooms (spotlessly clean and with everything you could possibly need) to the breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea and sunsets from the large balcony. The flat is in a fabulous position, within walking distance of many places and well served by cafes and restaurants on it's doorstep. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return to such a gorgeous apartment. Illana was a responsive and very helpful host - Rosina and Simon

great place. magnificent house with great garden and excellent location. near the beach. quite side street bit away from the center. Great hosts. very clean and well equipped. roomy (we a family of six felt space for everyone). recommend highly!
