Very beautiful place however it needs a bit of care and maintenance. Unfortunately the check in time of 3pm doesn't leave much time to relax and enjoy the surrounds especially for the price. There is limited condiments which is helpful. The beds and linen is very conofrtable. The host is very responsive and has detailed instructions, however might need a uni degree to work out the oven! Overall a nice place to stay with a short walk to a very beautiful beach.

Delightful place for my little family to stay while exploring Bruny island. Thoughtful touches like the toy boxes and supplies for our toddlers were loved and appreciated as were the amenities. Comfortable, cosy and family friendly we felt right at home. The sunroom with the big glass windows & comfy seating area with the view over the ocean was loved by all.

Loved our Spring Beach stay. We did a day trip to Maria Island and stayed two nights either side of our day trip. The location was great, we could hear the waves from the house. We ate in both evenings to watch the beautiful sunset and enjoy the view of Maria Island. The house captured the view and the atmosphere of its location. It was stylish & comfortable with beach vibes and very well stocked. Will definitely return.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

What a spectacular place to stay! Michelle’s place is both the perfect spot to get away from it all, as well as an ideal base from which to explore the Huon Valley. The views are magnificent and the house itself is clean and comfortable. We loved watching the changing weather over the mountains from the sunroom. We had a wonderful three weeks in Tasmania and this was our six-year-old’s favourite accommodation (because of the “up and down” bed). Michelle thought of everything and was so friendly and accommodating, even asking our son over to watch a kids movie with her grandkids (so sorry we missed it!). Thank you for everything, Michelle. We would love to travel that way again just to stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely and cozy property. It truly felt like a home away from home—quiet, comfortable, and nestled in a beautiful suburb. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host, who was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great host. House was perfect for our family of 4 or larger as we didn’t use the third bedroom. Kids loved the toys and books. Loved being out of the city but only a 7 min bus ride into Hobart. We didn’t even use a few local runs its a lovely area.

An excellent family-sized base to enjoy the Tasman Peninsula from! The kitchen is well set up with all the items you always need but can never find at most AirBnBs, it’s an easy walk to the beach and local pub, and the view is spectacular. Highly recommend.
