Large and beautifulplacein Camporgiano, a small village of Garfagnana. Great value for money and perfect location for several walks or trekking in the Apuan. Large, well organized accommodation and the garden for breakfast in the morning with the sun.

Great choice from us to choose Ilaria's offer. Suffice it to say that the house is located in an incredible historic center, and close to as many places of cultural and artistic interest. The interior of the house is just as it appears in the listing and only due to the presence of many accessories in the kitchen and living room, it gave the impression that Ilaria had given us the keys to her house. If we return to the area or someone will ask us for accommodation suggestions, we will definitely consider it.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Roberta's place! She was super friendly and helpful. The space was clean and cozy, with good private parking. Our dog loved it too! The homemade olive oil she makes was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this dream house! Magnificent views, beautiful decor and good amenities, plenty of space inside and outside, magnificent garden, great pool, friendly (few) neighbors. All round beautiful! Recreation and tranquility for the adults and play facilities by the pool for the children. The village is enchanting. The way to shopping and to Lucca is absolutely doable when you get used to the serpentines. And the path is definitely beautiful! The remoteness makes up the peculiarity & beauty of the place. Lucca is a beautiful city! Vittoria is a very kind host. Everything was easy and the contact was very pleasant at all times. We are thrilled and would like to come back!

Great host, welcoming and responsive. A great breakfast will be offered. The proximity to the train station is great but not inconvenient for people who are sensitive to noise.

We had an incredible stay at this place near La Spezia. The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for unwinding, especially during rainy days when staying in feels just right. The house offers plenty of cozy spots to relax, and the amenities are excellent—everything you need to cook and feel at home is provided. What makes it even more special is the combination of both private and shared kitchen spaces. In the shared kitchen, they leave homemade cakes and bread, which are absolutely delicious and add a warm, welcoming touch. The shared areas also gave us the opportunity to connect with other guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Massimiliano, the host, was extremely responsive, and Silvia was incredibly hospitable. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

Amazing location in Lucca. Walked so quickly to the walls. Apartment had all we needed. Beautiful outdoor terrace and lots of fresh air through the windows. Don’t spend much time at the apartment itself which should be typical as there is so much to do and see in the area. Would recommend.

One of the best Airbnb experiences you've ever had. Marek is a great host. The house is even better than what you see in the photo: pleasant, well kept, cozy, and very clean. Also, great location. We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice and home-like place, far enough from civilization, but also close enough to walk to the village for shopping or coffee, just as we wanted. Even has a fireplace so we could have a fire our son loves. Very friendly people and a very finely dog as well. Definitely recommended.

The stay was beautiful! The villa was amazing, the view, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We felt so lucky to be there. Rooms were new and clean. Every detail has been taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. We'd be stuck without them. Unfortunately, we had more private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. We, me and my friends, this stay was memorable!

We were there with two families/4 days - in October, which is unfortunately more the usual rainy season in Tuscany. Nevertheless, we always had pleasantly mild temperatures, even sunny days, and a great vacation. The house is just wonderful, there is just nothing missing! After the sauna, we were also able to use the pool well, and for us "northern lights" the temperatures were summery and perfect for excursions (so not too hot ). The location is totally idyllic and ideal for excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta but also to smaller mountain villages in the vicinity (Metato, etc.).

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

We had a lovely stay. Fantastic house. Easy and fast communication. Elena recommended two restaurants which were all absolutely fantastic.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.

Brilliant villa in gorgeous grounds . Stayed with 8 adults and 1 toddler, so much space and plenty of room for everyone ! Photos do not do this place justice, it is lovely. Pool is very big and was used every day, despite water being cold. Location great, close to Lucca which is a beautiful city to visit during the day or in the evening. Alessandro was always on hand if needed. Great place for large groups visiting Tuscany
