It is indeed a Tranquil Countryside Retreat, but with all the amenities and more. My kid and I enjoyed a lovely week at the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the wonderful surroundings. The house is beautiful, inside and out, and the bedrooms are so cozy. We slept so well, cooked almost all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and I even had several zoom meetings because the wifi was so fast and efficient. The house was a bit hard to find initially, as GoogleMaps tries to take you through a private street with a gate that is impossible to open. But, once we figured out the alternate route, all was resolved. Lourde was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. It was a lovely stay in a lovely home in a beautiful, peaceful area.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

We had a great stay at the VIP House. Pool was great and loved using the grill. The upstairs area is separate, which is good if you have multiple groups in your party. Be prepared to drive everywhere, but plenty of food and beaches within 20 mins.

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Amazing stay at Carlos's house! The yard and pool area was incredible. Carlos was always available to answer any questions and help as needed. I look forward to returning to this house in the future.

The home was exactly as described and pictured. Maybe even better than what was shared. It was perfect for our family of 6 (Parents with our kids who are in their 20’s). We were immediately comfortable and felt at home. We loved waking up and being able to start each day with a tranquil walk on the beach, followed by a dip in the private pool. Location was ideal to get to so many activities in that area of the island, It was also an easy ride back into San Juan for restaurants, shopping and activities there. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we can’t wait to come back. We would definitely book this home again!

Perfect stay at the bottom of the El Yunke area, short drive to beaches, restaurants… The host is amazing, very responsive, helpful and provide proactively tons of recommendations. The house is very comfortable for 6, and perfectly clean. We’ve spend good time in the swimming pool even if it is not heated.

Beautiful location--but less than a 10minute drive to the main road--with fabulous plantings and loud tree frogs. The apartment is not large but it is very functional and comfortable for two people. Doel was a great host with excellent local recommendations and detailed driving directions.

Great place ! Perfect to stay with family ! If you want to explore the island this place is for you.! Cause is in the middle of the principal places in puerto Rico. The pool is very nice! And the best is the host Camile!

Josselyn is super sweet and communicated very well with us! Condo is beautiful and pictures do not do it justice. Steps away from the beach which was beautiful. Super quite complex and we cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful ocean views, clean and spacious. The host was responsive and clear in communications. Minor inconveniences like the closest elevator did not work, some fans and lights did not work. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for - close to the beach, an easy drive to get to most restaurants and shops. It was quiet and relaxing and warm!

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 8 to 73, had a blast in Puerto Rico - with Ashley's beautiful home as our anchor. She was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay, and dealt with a couple of issues immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Her tips for local restaurants and activities were great, and she often went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. I highly recommend Ashley's property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, while stile being very close to some great beach experiences!

Very nice apartment near local attractions with a great community pool for the family. Enjoyed our stay to visit family in the area. The place was great for our family of five and the apartment was really clean and modern looking. Would stay again in this place with the family.

Sofia’s place was more than I imagined. The place was beautiful, quiet, and family friendly. Close to local attractions. Sofia communicated with us really quickly and respectfully. The only set back was the cleaning fee. I would definitely book here again.

My family and I stayed at Drews place for a week and it was fabulous!! Yesi, the house manager was so lovely and helpful. The house had great amenities, and the view you will wake up to is breath taking! The only thing that is a must is a rental car, and the location is in the forest so there's a lot of roads and hills. Next time we go we will use Drews Home again!!

Dennisse was a very great host. We got to our airbnb and needed some help and was quick to respond. the place was nice

Excellent view from the balcony. Easy access as it is on the third floor, and no need to use stairs. The best is that it is pet-friendly, something very rare in the complex. Both A/C work well. Large size TV. Good dining table for 4. A very comfortable futon on the balcony to see the view, rest, or sleep.

Chris & Jake are excellent hostess and very attentive. The place is very peaceful and if you want to unplugged this is the place to stay.

The stay was amazing, the details, the cleanliness, the service, we will definitely come back. Nicole and Juan are tremendous hosts.
