Vacation rentals with lake access in Rio dos Cedros

Rejane's space was perfect, we were in 13 people and everyone felt very comfortable, and as if it were our home! Very smelling and clean bed and bath linens, very clean and organized space with all the necessary utensils for the weekend! In all the conversations it was all very simple and practical, and Rejane was very nice! We love the places and recommend it to everyone!

I was very well served since the booking, made three months in advance. Most of the answers came in less than 20 minutes, always in a clear and attentive way. I received all the instructions and a detailed list of the house equipment, which was essential to plan our meals on the weekend. Upon arrival, we found everything impeccably clean and organized – bathrooms, beds and every detail prepared for our stay. The house is simply amazing, with countless amenities, looking like a true paradise. The bocha cancha, and the elevator are a very cool differential for the house, we were able to get down and climb the bags very easily. Me and my friends had a wedding over the weekend and it was amazing, even we were a little sad that we didn't enjoy the house on Saturday hahaha I am very grateful to hosts from inception to check-out. Can't wait to come back, either with my friends again or with my family, but I intend to come back soon!

The house is huge and has everything that is basic for a quiet stay. The house is all wooden and ok state of conservation, but there were some slats in poor condition on the deck, which didn't give much security, but since it rained all weekend practically, we stayed more in the house. The fireplace worked perfectly, but remember to bring firewood. Because of the size and amount of people it supports could have one more bathroom, we went in 12 people (but it has capacity for 16) and there were only two bathrooms, but we turned because we already knew. The location is great and the view is beautiful, on sunny days it should be amazing to be able to kayak and enjoy the day. In general outline our stay was quiet and satisfying. Giulia was super helpful and provided us with all the necessary information.

They were helpful, kind and always available for any need, ensuring that our experience was perfect. We spent an amazing family weekend with a spectacular view of the lake. The house is very welcoming, all clean and organized, the rooms with bed and bath linen smells, impeccable. We'll come back more often. Diogo is a super accessible Host.

Even more beautiful place live! We feel at home, with a lot of privacy and a breathtaking view. I've referred a lot of friends. Bed linen, towels, impeccable! Cheirosas, Branquinhas. All well tidy and with books to read, in case you forget your kkk The only negative point, but that didn't end the amazing experience was the kitchen/table cleaning. It could be more sanitized and asked us to do the dishes before leaving, so I think it's the guests who do it all the time. But passing water before use, it's good :)

The apartment is the same as the images described, very green around it, we found everything clean and tidy, we were able to anticipate our entrance, and we received some regional Mimos. There are the goats that my daughters loved, there was a lot of crying to leave :( Unfortunately, we took a time that was too hot, with that I did not take much advantage of the city that is beautiful, and it is worth more time to explore. And we also did not have the beautiful view of the lake, which was in maintenance I think. I recommend it to everyone in the community.

Jussara's house is great. Ideal apartment for rest: quiet and organized. 24-hour gate and parking for a vehicle. Well located, next to the gas station and near the German Village, from the famous Oktoberfest. Good choice for those who go to Blumenau to have the safety of a good place to rest.

The stay at Casa da Mata was perfect. Very pleasant place, with privacy, quiet and very beautiful. The house is very cozy and warm, with the well-equipped kitchen for the days we stayed, comfortable bed. The items for the whirlpool (towels and hooves) were essential and were very clean. Both the hydromassage and the shower have very hot water, which was great for us to relax and enjoy the views right inside the house.

very nice, wonderful bending with nature, very cozy. all prepared for amenity ( stove, electric oven, microwave, covered barbecue, wood stove, 2 WC, 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms, balcony with hammock, wifi, very comfortable to be next to so many beautiful and nice things ( peacock,turkey, goose, mareco, chickens, pantry, fish, etc.)

The place is wonderful, it has a great structure for those who like to swim or kayak. The house is very cozy and Luiza shows concern to ensure that everything is well for the guests. The Deck by the dam is a sensational place to rest.

The location of the house is perfect for those who love water activities. The dam is quiet (without strong current and with supervision of firefighters at the end of the year, for example), and we had the opportunity to swim and walk a canoe. The place is very quiet, ideal for recharging energy.

We love the house! A beautiful view of the lake and with easy access to the waterfalls we wanted to know. Roberto takes care of every detail carefully. He was attentive always and indicated strategic points near the house. It is an excellent option for those looking for quiet. Sitting on the porch and seeing so many different birds was a big surprise!
