Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Rio del Mar

We loved our stay at Shyamal’s home! The house has lots of charm and character. The space is roomier than pictures show. The proximity to the beach is wonderful and the beach itself is great too. The deck, yard and spa were wonderful, peaceful, and private. It does feel like an older home, but in all the best ways. Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Two families with 2 littles kids each (3-8yo) stayed there and it was perfect for us. The house is very spacious, perfect for the 8 of us. Nearby Boardwalk and other fun locations to enjoy with the kids. We picked some tomatoes and a couple of asian pears for breakfast and they were delicious. The kitchen is very well provisioned with lots of utensils and condiments that made our meals much better. Thank you Sun and family! I was a little bit scared with the almost 3 years old when I read some reviews, but he did great. He was interested in some National Geographic books in the living room and I hope we put them back in the right place :) looking forward to come back in the future.

We had a spectacular stay at this beautiful home. The location is perfect and walkable… but truly the house is so special you won’t want to leave it! Gabriel was an excellent and responsive host. We can’t wait to stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about Veronica’s place. Charming, comfortable, great amenities… I didn’t want to leave and was so very comfortable there. The attention to detail in decorating as well as thoughtful additions to enhance your stay was outstanding. My granddaughter LOVED coming to visit …heading straight for “her room” appointed with books and great toys! We watched the Super Bowl in the backyard - TV, hot tub, grill and fire pit. You could not ask for anything more!

What a great find in an out of the way place. Would love to come in summer but honestly, it was great cool weather to enjoy the house and view of the ocean. Saw seals and dolphins and birds, barely any humans! Best find was Pezzini Farms right outside the colony. Go there for good food!

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Best beach vibe! The location is amazing, great walkable neighborhood, lots to do. The house was fantastic, with so many thoughtful details. Joyce is a pro. She was super responsive and gave us great recommendations that made the stay perfect. My young kids (Age 9 and 6) loved the place - especially the downstairs living room and hot tub. Will stay here again!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the experience. On top of that, the host was outstanding—extremely responsive and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any needs, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and very spacious. I was concerned about the cold weather but the house was so cozy. The pool was so close to us and very clean. The hot tub was wonderful. I loved that the home was so close to the water and we could hear the waves crashing. Everything about the home was amazing.

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

We've been coming to Seascape for over 20 years now and this was one of the better locations for our family. It had grass access and beautiful ocean views. The kids loved the little seating area. Overall the location and space was everything we needed and more.

My friends and I took a long weekend trip to Boulder Creek and were able to enjoy a lovely weekend in the mountains. T Each of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the living area was perfect for all of us to spend time and play games. Location is great - you can walk right to the main street of Boulder Creek. The hosts were lovely and friendly - even gifted us a bottle of wine for our engagement which was incredibly sweet! We’re excited to come back again for another weekend couples trip!

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The description and pictures were accurate. The resort overall was well maintained. The resort is enormous and this villa is on the South Bluff. It is further away from the beach access and the main building, but we preferred this south location because the pool area is much better than the other two on the property, and near the park. Power West was responsive to all inquiries. Check in/out was a breeze. We hope to be back.

This house is absolutely wonderful! We found it to be spacious, comfortable, clean. The furniture and decor is tastefully done. The kitchen was well stocked and well equipped. The hot tub was divine! The location is great - quiet being at the end of a cul-de-sac but close enough to the harbor for morning walks to get coffee and visit seals or evening adventures for happy hour or dinner at the Crow's Nest. Harbor Cafe has great breakfast and is only a few steps away. Christine was responsive, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this for a short or long-term stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had a fantastic family getaway and did not want to leave; we will definitely book again. The location is absolutely perfect, the house is exactly as described, super clean, fully stocked, and very comfortable. Ann was great and super responsive....5 stars all the way around.

This is an older (maybe built in the 60’s?) 3 bedroom ranch house. The bedrooms are average size (not huge, in other words). One bathroom is en-suite and the other is in the hallway that connects all of the rooms. Bathrooms have not been remodeled. The highlight of the house is the stunning great room, with a massive dining table, well equipped kitchen, and incredible view out over the Santa Cruz mountains. There is also a large wrap-around deck with the same view. There is a care-taker on the property (I assume, there is a second smaller house), but they are several hundred feet away from this house and so it feels very private. The host communicated extremely well, providing detailed instructions and easy check-in. The only downside of this otherwise excellent spot is the location. It is along a very narrow stretch of Skyline, and quite a ways from any services. But for me, that was a feature, I wanted the privacy and quiet. Highly recommend. Great place. Great host.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The cabin and surrounding area are absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a getaway in the forest that is not far from the ocean, this is the perfect spot. Waking up to the sound of birds and a running creek was paradise. The hosts gave clear instructions on everything and were super friendly.

This home has lots of character and are very private area. The host is great and very friendly. We would definitely consider coming back to this location again.

Our stay in Soquel was perfect! We enjoyed our small cozy cabin, as well as soaking in the hot tub during the night and looking up at the stars. The property is private and beautiful. Emkay was a terrific host, and was always easy to contact with any questions we had. We were even surprised with a bottle of rosé, which was so sweet. I would definitely come back and stay here again!
