Beautiful location, perfect pool, a lovely place. Private and had a great view. Could have used some more small amenities--no washcloths, lamps on nightstands, non-overhead lights, or towel rack. Could have used some light maintenance. Also, this property does not have its own electricity generator, so if the grid power goes out you will not be able to charge devices, run a/c, etc. Overall will definitely come back, but might bring my own washcloths!

Great stay! Beautiful sunsets and close to many attractions. AJ was very communicative even during the power outage that the island experienced. Would recommend!

Had a great time, loved everything. The beach and pool equipment he let us use was a big plus. The apartment and view is beautiful. Very nice complex. Located next to Crash boat beach is a plus. I would highly recommend the his place and hope to return one day. Thank you Bob Diamond for everything.

The host was amazing—attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. My boys especially loved the jacuzzi, which was such a treat after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic, being so close to the waterfalls. It truly was a perfect getaway, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!”

Though tough for us suburbanites to navigate the hills and small mountain roads, Popo was super-responsive and led us to the house! Once there, it is beautiful- views, well appointed, spacious. 15min drive down into Rincòn. A/C in bedrooms cool, great verandas and cool jetted tub. Popo brought us fresh bread and fruit our first morning there. Sandy Beach was our favorite for waves, Black Eagle beach was very calm and easy parking. Outdoor shower at the house for rinsing off after beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the host.

The place was worth every penny… the host was super accommodating and responsive… the place was in a great location with in walking distance to the red flamboyant, kahuna bar and grill, a corner store and a coffee shop… the beach is right out of the front door… will definitely return on my next trip

We absolutely loved this home and plan to come back. It was perfect for our family. We loved hanging out by the pool or walking down to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. We easily found everything we needed to cook meals for the family. The entire Puerto Rican Island lost power while we were there, but we did not even notice at first because the home has a generator that kicked on automatically when the power went out Thank you for hosting us.

This a wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. Our host was attentive and caring. The instructions to get to the place are very detailed. There was a power outage during our stay but other that that. We had a great time. The location is fantastic and the ocean view was amazing.

We love Sea Beach because of its pool and short walk to a very quiet beach. The appliance are new and work as expected, except the hot water is quirky. We didn’t think it worked at first but turns out you have to turn the bathroom sink on hot to get the hot water at shower head. 🤷

Everything was as described. The best part was the beach right outside the gate of the condominium. Clean and great to swim in.

Perfect spot for a Laid Back Couple. Very Charming and well thought out spot with a Million Dollar View!!! Has everything we needed for meals, cold Ac and a private roof top view of the ocean. Accurately discribed and a Very Affordable Price. All in all we couldn't have been more pleased! The location was excellent with near by grocery, beautiful restaurants and bars. Lastly would like to thank are new friend Mark who works with the host to make sure your stay is Awsome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Mark took the time to point us in the right direction and answer all our questions. This is a must stay and we will definitely be back!

When deciding on a place to celebrate my retirement I envisioned a home where I could walk a few steps out to a beautiful beach. Carol's home met what I wanted for my dream vacation. From the moment we pulled into the driveway we could hear the sound of the waves. I was in awe that we were closer to the beach then when I've stayed at a 5 star ocean front hotel. The accommodations were very comfortable and the kitchen was suitable for our private chef to prepare our family a 4 course meal. Now let's get to the beach which is just down the steps from the backyard, it was like having a private beach for our whole family every day. We actually didn't go to any other beach. The water is so blue and there's nothing like going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the waves against the shore. And, yes the pictures are accurate. Carol's home truly exceeded my expectations!

We had an amazing stay at Roger's property! He is an outstanding host, always available and quick to assist with anything we needed, which made our trip seamless and stress-free. The house itself is fantastic, beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was absolutely great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Every little detail has been thought of, making it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future when I come to Puerto Rico!

The property was outstanding. The house and surrounding gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped as well as the outdoor grill and dining area. The linens were very comfortable and plenty were available. An extra set of beach towels was a real plus. The pool and pool area was an oasis lending itself to privacy. We also loved the roof terrace. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it very highly to anyone considering Rincón.

I absolutely loved this place. I give it a 10 out of 10. The space was warm , welcoming, clean, very chic and the unit also faces the pool area which I thought was really nice. The outside patio is very spacious and the host provides chairs, and other amenities for water activities. The beach, food and entertainment were all in walking distance. There were many other surrounding beaches that with a car didn’t take very long to get to maybe 30 minutes or less. The host was very nice, and super quick to respond to any communication that was sent. I honestly cannot wait to go back. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with good food, good entertainment and a nice beach, this is the place to visit.

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa is gorgeous! We loved having our own pool and then the complex pool to use. Lots of personal touches like a prepared lunch for us when we arrived and a welcome cake! The host is wonderful, communicating whenever needed. They also have security overnight. Absolutely the best place to stay in Rincon.

We stayed for 9 days the directions to the house were extremely helpful and made it very easy to find! The airbnb was very clean. The host’s in-laws/ mom of the owner was so sweet and lived across the street she was able to recommend places for us to go and eat and things to do. Highly recommended staying for the art walk on Thursdays! Me and my daughter enjoyed the pool. The location is great. It is the perfect distance to the town. Close enough to drive in 6 min, but far enough away to have a quiet peaceful night. We always felt safe and comfortable.

My family of 7 (adult children) had a lovely time! The condo is in a beautiful setting and just steps from the beach. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable too. Vivian answered our questions and was kind enough to have the place open after a very delayed flight and late arrival! It had everything we needed to have a wonderful time! Thank you Oscar and Vivian! We love your place and Rincon and plan to be back!
