Good place to stay and it’s nice and cool at night

Gianfranco and his partner are AMAZING hosts!! Super sweet, communicative, accommodating and proactive - couldn’t have asked for better 🙌🏻 RE: the unit, it’s gorgeous and exactly as pictured. The building is new, and the area is perfect. Many coffee shops, restaurants, bars and several grocery stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The coworking space has strong wifi and the staff in the building are kind and helpful. This place really is the best option for a stay in lima 👏

Nice apartment, the area feels quiet and safe, in addition to clean and beautiful, it is a bit far from the airport but it is worth it.

This house is beautiful inside and out. It’s well kept, spacious, cozy and has everything you’ll ever need. The patios are a great place to get together. The architecture inside is modern and luxurious. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice small park next door. Sofia was very attentive and communicative. Highly recommended.

Impeccable Estadia near Huaca Pucllano, you could do everything on foot for those who like to explore. The host was always requested, always on hand to help quickly.

My boyfriend and I spent a whole month in this beautiful apartment and we felt absolutely at home. Mrs. Elvia is a wonderful owner, very friendly and helpful. She was always in touch and very positive with us. The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe area and literally a 10-minute walk from the ocean. Nearby there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a very tasty bakery. The apartment is quiet and very cozy with many nice touches. We'll be happy to come back again. The highest recommendations.

Max was a great host and the space was clean and well kept and in an incredible walkable location. unfortunately the water was shut off in the evening thru the night so I couldn't shower before my early flight but that's not his fault.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

For the last fourteen years, my husband and I have stayed in over 20 Airbnbs in Miraflores. Hands down, John’s property beats them all. Unfortunately, we’ve been spoiled by this wonderful condo. The photos are accurate, the balcony is wonderful for hanging out,people watching, having breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while enjoying the city lights. The open concept is beautiful, and the bathrooms spotless with wonderful showers! And the separate washer/dryer worked perfectly. The bedrooms are quiet at night, and the WiFi worked good. And finally, it was nice to have access to tvs that had multiple channels, without having to utilize a streaming service (like other properties only had). John, you hit it out of the park. We hope your wonderful property is still available for our next visit.

The apartment is very cozy, despite being on a busy avenue there was no noise inside the apartment. As it is a commercial area, you have easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, etc.

The apartment is as indicated in the ad. Margarita and her mom were very kind to me and my family. There are markets near the place and the area is accessible.

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything about this place makes it feel very homey and I was sad to be leaving. Often one concern when finding a place in Lima is the traffic noise as well as a stable internet connection. To the first point, this apartment faces a garden. Beyond that is the sea. The only sounds you'll hear are the sound of waves mixing with the chirping of birds. To the second point, the internet connection was strong--about 100mbps. Never had a problem with it. Would 100% stay here again.

It was a very good experience, the apartment is everything offered, in a very good location to access the gastronomic neighborhood!
