In general, everything is fine. A private place, with a closed territory, there is a place to play with the child. You can leave your car outside the gate. Nearby is a zoo, cafe, shop. There are small disadvantages, but they are not critical and in general they do not affect the stay. Recommended.

The house was lovely. It was even nicer than in the pictures. Mara (Sintijas Mum) made us feel very welcome and helped us with everything we needed. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was only a short walk through the forest to the beach and a few minutes walk to beach bars and restaurants. We took the train to the centre of Riga which was really convenient. As said in the previous comments, you only need a car to go to a bigger supermarket. We really enjoyed staying at this place!

Great communication with Alise. We was also able to drop off our luggage earlier that check in, which was really appreciated. The accomodations was as beautifully decorated as the pictures portray, the sauna was a great addition. The bed was super comfy, kitchen was equipped and the seating area was handy. Obviously, there is no window as the listing mentions but you really don't miss it as the lighting is perfect. Location wise, it is tucked away off a main road (via secured gates) but is a very short walk to the old town, opera house and the train station is opposite. Perfect positioning to explore Riga if you prefer an apartment to a hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Could not recommend this place more. Everything from start to finish was smooth, check in was easy and the apartment is in a great location. If you are heading to Riga in a larger group this place is perfect. And having a sauna is such a bonus! 10/10.

The stay was very successful from start to finish. The communication went very well for us quickly, we were also sent a list of tips in Riga before the stay, which was very helpful. The place was great, super located and very nice. We felt comfortable and would come back at any time.

We stayed at Kristine's great place for four nights and had very nice and relaxed days here. The apartment in Vecaki is a great starting point to explore the area around Riga but also the Baltic Sea. A supermarket as well as a few small restaurants and cafes can be found nearby. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is right. Kristīne is a very likeable host, can give very good tips for the region and makes an excellent breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality and the nice holiday.

The best thing, if I can put it this way, was the host himself. He responded very quickly, was proactive and helpful, and gave suggestions about food, etc. Also, the sauna and the pool were great—these were the main things our group liked the most.

Fantastic apartment in Riga. Beautiful modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I and our 5 kids had the best time staying here for Christmas. We loved the treats they left for us and how clean and spacious the home was. Very quick response time for any questions we had. It’s also at the center of the old town and walkable to everything. Perfect location to explore Riga. I would definitely recommend Viktor’s place.

My second long stay by Sarmite. All was perfect again. Very welcoming, friendly and discret couple. The studio was nicely warm during winter. Extremely calm environment, perfect for working remotely (very good wifi). Will definitely come back again

i really liked the location, as it is very rare to find a place for parties with a bath and a swimming pool/jacuzzi in the city center. In some moments, it is possible to update the repairs, for example, the stairs in the hot tub are very staggered, or the handles in the doors are a little wobbly, but in general a great place! I recommend!

Very good place, location is exactly we were looking for Pillows were not comfortable for us, but doesn’t mean pillows are not good. Could be cleaner, but not a problem at all. Communication was amazing. Fast replies and clear instructions. Have their own parking, but need to booked in advance Will come back for sure

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.
