Very nice apartment with luxurious amenities (sauna, hot tub,...). Had a lovely and relaxing stay.

Wolfgang's apartment is highly recommended. Ideally located for our purposes (business trip to Frankfurt), so we only had to leave the motorway for a short time. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, which was also very important to us. Easy to reach and uncomplicated check-in.

We thank Patrizia & Wolfgang for a great stay in Tegernheim near Regensburg. The small apartment was excellently cleaned and there was everything you need in everyday life. You can stroll into Regensburg on the shore. But there is also a bus almost to the front door, also e-scooter tours in this city are a lot of fun. Patrizia is very helpful and we felt welcome. Everything just worked out, we'll be happy to come back

Place seemed sketchy at first but is an amazing place. Great city and community just absolutely loved it. Beautiful bathroom as well as kitchen. Had everything we needed, couldn’t ask for anything else.

Good points: Small place (Cozy), quiet inside, clean. A lot of useful things (fridge, dishwasher and washing machine). Bathroom was clean, good water pressure and easy to access. Plenty of parking and easy to enter. I would stay here again. It’s close to plenty of attractions and reasonable priced. The TV also had YouTube and very quick internet :) Bad points: The neighbour hood is still very much under construction. There are lorries parked on the road, hard to see round it. The bed is like a brick (so if you have a back problem, warning) and the cleaning fee is quite pricey for a small location where you have to take the bins out and separate everything.

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The house is great and the location really idyllic. We immediately felt comfortable and at home. The amenities were also great. In addition to the essential utensils, you will find books, games and toys for kids. Manuela was very helpful and flexible, communication was perfect. An absolute recommendation and happy to come back!

Everything worked out great with Julian. We were hopelessly happy and will be back.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Nice place. Everything was as described. The only point I’ll recommend is to add a table and chairs. The upstairs kitchens were a little too small for 8 people to sit and chat.

We had a wonderful weekend at Tobias' place. The house was fantastically beautiful, with a great atmosphere to relax. We especially enjoyed the sauna – a real highlight! Tobias was accessible throughout and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Everything is perfectly within walking distance, the car is in the parking garage, which is 1 minute away and for breakfast there are delicious rolls in the supermarket, which is on the first floor. Therefore, we can only recommend the apartment and we will be happy to come back.
