Stu’s Dog House is a great spot for any Silverton adventure. The local is great, the house is immaculate, well provisioned, has a ton of space- 3 spacious bedrooms. The ski and boot-ready mud room, wood burning stove and snacks were bonuses. Hope to be back.

We loved staying there. It was the perfect home away from home. It had everything we needed for a perfect trip!!

Great host and prime location from Ouray main street and quick access to all the 4x4 trails that I planned for my group. Less than 2min walk to the start of main street and a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 5 minutes away from the trailhead for Campbird Road to Imogene Pass/Yankee Boy Basin. 10 mins away from the Alpine Loop Start (Mineral Creek trailhead). Less than a 3 min walk from the Ouray Hot Springs. Marta was extremely responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for parking. Everything inside and outside was clean, spotless and functioning. Will definitely be back to use this location as a homebase for our 4x4 trips in the San Juan National Forest. The home was very spacious. Having 2 fridges and 2 kitchen spaces was great! Plenty of rooms and beds for privacy. Beautiful upper living room with large windows to view the mountains.

This is a wonderful Airbnb! The home was very clean and well-equipped. It's on 5 peaceful acres in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Frequent visitors included deer, birds, and even a bobcat! There are many great hiking trails in the neighborhood with incredible mountain views. The town of Ridgway has an adventurous spirit and was very welcoming. The main roads were plowed and cleared. I'd recommend 4WD or AWD for the street closest to the home, if snow or ice is expected during your stay. The home is well-insulated with quality construction. The Airbnb hosts were kind and responsive. The neighbors were also incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was great! It was very cute and close to spots in town that we wanted to go to. It was larger than we expected, which was awesome! The stairs were quite creaky, which made for loud mornings, but that is to be expected with an old house. We had an issue with the coffee pot and Angela was very responsive. I would definitely recommend the house!

The outside wrap-around deck means you can find a sunny or shady spot as needed. For us, we were seeking sunny and out of the breeze. A great place to stay if you are wanting multiple trips to Ridgway State Park as it is a quick drive up the highway.

Great place to stay in Mountain Village. We had to get out of the Houston hurricane quickly with no power, and the place is super easy and the Peaks staff makes everything seamless. Highly recommend.

The Madeline residences are wonderfully convenient for families. We cook, grab our equipment, and ski in and out within a few mins. We can come back for lunch at our place and skip the restaurant lines. We can bring our dog and take on walks on breaks. There’s a great market within a 5 min gondola trip. The pool and hot tub are wonderful! Kids love them and always ask to come back. I’m a light sleeper and this place is very quiet. Residence is clean with a well stocked kitchen. Great location! Easy ski-in,ski-out. Easy walk to Gondola. Timely shuttle pick-ups around Mountain Village. The place was pefect for what we needed - just 3 guys coming in for a quick ski weekend. The place was super quiet too. We didn't hear a peep from neighboring units.

This Airbnb felt like a hidden gem. The location could not have been better being just steps away from box canyon, the ice walls, and Ouray’s Main Street. It looked even better than the pictures and was very clean. We will absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

We came here in October with our dogs for three days. The landscape was absolutely gorgeous, the house was big and comfortable with tons of kitchen and bathroom space and multie living area. Hosts were very friendly and proactive in making sure the space was good for us even th9ugh we had no complaints. It wascloswto Paonia and Big Bs orchard and bar. No light pollution meant we could see the stars and the Northern lights! Just be careful driving up and down the Mesa at night there are no street lights. Wifi was great and tv had all the streaming services. A comfortable getaway but still connected.

The unit was super clean, convenient and perfect for two people. Vivian was great to communicate with on any issues.

This was an amazing stay! Affordable price for a group of five young, strong men. While we didn’t know that Ouray’s Via Ferrata was closed, and some of us didn’t know how to pronounce “Ouray” or “Ferrata,” Ella (the dog) really made our stay interesting to say the least (and by interesting, I mean perfectly incredible). She was friendly (as was the host) and our rooms were beautiful. Overall I recommend this stay!

Great place for a family ski vacation. Clean and comfortable. A very close walk to the grocery store and steps away from the local bus to take us to the gondola each morning. Excellent hosts! Highly recommended. We will be back.

The place was exactly what we needed and pet friendly is always hard to find! Easy communication, easy parking. Perfect spot for a quick Silverton getaway.
