My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hillary's! It was the perfect weekend getaway. The cabin was easy to find, beautifully located, with so much natural light. Everything was super clean and well appointed - they even left us a little bottle of wine, which was a sweet touch. Hillary was super proactive and responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check out. We were close enough to Kennebunkport that we could drive in and out as we pleased, but honestly just enjoyed staying in so much as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a cozy weekend in, and will definitely be returning!

My family and I loved Amy’s place. The kids got to go on the lake and sled down the side of the house was super neat. Was close to everything too.

Perfect size for our family of 4. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were available to use but we brought ours from home. Two bathrooms are always a plus with two teenage girls, only request from them was a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom to check out their outfits. Owner reached out during our stay to check in and see if everything was going well. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

My husband and I stayed at Kristen’s apartment for 2 weeks at the end of August and had the most amazing time! This was our 3rd time to KPT and most definitely our favorite thanks to this gorgeous Airbnb and Kristen’s hospitality. The apartment was perfect for us — was exactly as described, better than the photos with amazing windows and views, speedy WiFi perfect for working remotely. It’s a quick 4 minute drive into town, and such a beautiful area to walk around. Kristen was so responsive and helpful — there’s a super extensive list of local reccs in the apartment, and a beach pass that you can use during your stay. We loved this home away from home, and can’t wait to come back soon!

Christmas Magic! Our second stay at this lovely home! This time it was for Christmas and our wedding anniversary which is Christmas Eve. We couldn’t have been more delighted when we arrived and found the house decorated, inside and out, with beautiful Christmas decorations. Looked like a Hallmark movie, we loved it so much. The house was immaculately clean as it was before, hosted by truly lovely folks who are so kind and thoughtful. Great kitchen with everything you could think of to prepare meals. Comfortable beds, super lovely living room furniture, it’s just a wonderful space and very dog friendly (bowls etc provided, always a nice touch). This is our favourite airbnb by far and we absolutely recommend it!

It was exactly as described. It's nicely appointed (no knickknacks which just crowd a place when you're a visitor!). There were plenty of towels and everything was clean. We had some issues getting in at first because it wasn't clear where the lockbox with the key was located (instructions said front porch) but Paul called me right away when I messaged and it was quickly figured out. My only complaint is the curtains in the primary bedroom. I would love to have seen blackout curtains. I never understand why almost every airbnb we stay in has the most translucent curtains. I'd like a good night sleep and blackout curtains go a long way. All in all, I'd definitely consider staying here again. It's dog friendly which is important to me.

Sitting looking out over the bay on a cold early March morning with the fire going was just the type of relaxation we were looking for. The photos don't do it justice. Had fun using the hot tub but just a little too chilly to use the outside fireplace, but Mihai had stocked the wood pile should we have been brave enough. Mihai lives right next door but you'd never know unless you needed him. We didn't. Everything worked. Clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. A lot of thought has gone into renovating this house and it shows in the amenities. The only advice we'd give fellow travelers is the spiral stairwell leading upstairs to 2 of the 3 bedrooms is the smallest I've ever seen. Thought should be given to bringing small children. The master bedroom is on ground level. Otherwise enjoy. It's a magical place and we thank Mihai for being such a gracious host.
