Vacation rentals in Rice

We have stayed at multiple locations for this host and will continue to do so. She is so friendly & responsive I feel like she treats us extra special (although I'm sure she's such a great host she makes EVERYONE feel this way). This location was perfect for is for the OU/TX game weekend, and it walkable to multiple restaurants and the fairgrounds. This location was very spaciuos, great amenities, and decorated really well. Definitely recommend!

Would be happy to stay here again if I was in the area. The house has plenty of space and is comfortable. We were there during the off season and it was quiet and peaceful. What an amazing view from the living room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms! We used the kitchen daily and found everything we needed was readily available. The yard is surprisingly large and our dogs loved walking on the property and the neighborhood (on leash of course!). Morgan was a great host and checked in through the app to make sure everything was going well.

Can’t say enough good things about this home. From the minute I walked in I knew it was going to be such a wonderful stay. Fishing was great, beds were SO comfortable, home was clean and well decorated, etc. I don’t think we had one thing they could work on. Very much worth every penny. And to top it off they didn’t have an endless amount of chores to do before check out like most AIRBNBs we have stayed at. Amanda was extremely responsive the entirety of my stay and even worked with me with no complaints on a last minute change we had. Fantastic experience!

While we’ve stayed at this location before it’s the first time we stayed at Jerry’s. We loved it! It was cleaned. Comfortable. & as always it’s such a beautiful place. I’ll definitely be staying again

Rosie’s place was exactly how it was described . Everything you could need while staying away , she had! The house was very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful! I definitely would book with her again. :)

This home was perfect for a quick family vacation. I visited with my sister, her 6 month old, 4 year old, our father, and my 80+ year old grandparents. The home was very accessible for them while also being kitted for the babies. We enjoyed the baby chairs, my niece loved the jungle gym in the backyard, my sister and I utilized the full kitchen to make breakfast, my dad loved the fire pit and my grandparents were impressed with how the shared spaces were meant for us to commune together while also having spaces to be apart, if needed. Initial access was very easy and even the neighbors were friendly. There was a minor concern about a toilet hose that my dad was able to resolve within 5 minutes, but not before our host reached out with a resolution and very kind conversation. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Incredible spot just south of Dallas. They had paddle boards / kayaks for us to us. The fire pit lit up with a switch of a button and everything in the cottages were so thought out. From snacks / a bottle of wine to the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, everything was fabulous and easy for us to feel right at home. Each cottage has its own grille and comes with all the utensils needed to cook and they had a beautiful dining table to eat around. The pool and hot tub were also amazing. 10/10 would definitely go back and suggest others to go check out the private Idaho.

Beautiful, clean house, gorgeous lake cove view, timely communication. The street you turn off of had a lot of eye sores, but Beverly Dr is decent. Great bird activity in the cove for sitting and watching. The property was very private and a perfect getaway for my family. Gun Barrel City Park was a great place to take the dog for a walk since the park by the lake was closed for MLK Day weekend. Definitely recommend this property and would try out another property by this MGMT group.

Amazing stay! The hosts were super kind and offered plenty of recommendations for nearby entertainment and good food, and the BnB itself was spotless and private! Would absolutely stay again in the future!
