Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is well maintained and exactly as per the description provided. Giovanna and her family are highly responsive and responded instantly to any queries we had. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to go to the Toscana to stay at this wonderful house.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

The views are beautiful. Peaceful neighborhood. However, the kitchen is missing several items for cooking.

I rented the apartment to host my daughter's family who came from Sicily and I have to say that they were very satisfied with everything. Veronica and Gianni were really welcoming, very kind and helpful, I really liked their communication and responsiveness, so they reassured me right away. I recommend the apartment with my eyes closed, nothing is missing and has a fantastic location.

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

All I can say is wow. This house was amazing it had everything that you needed. It was spotless and had extra blankets and towels. It had loads of household supplies and I really felt like it was a home away from home. The views are spectacular….. like something out of a movie, they really take your breath away. Sharyn was so helpful and gave me great instructions on how to get there and the amenities around the area. Cristina and her son were there to welcome us and were amazing. I can’t thank you enough. We are already planning our next stay for longer.

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

Great house, especially when several families/parties travel together, as there are a total of 3 apartments. House and surroundings very clean, contact via the key holder very straightforward. The caretaker was great, came every day and took great care of the pool and the surroundings - but didn't push up at all and mostly came to times when we weren't at the house. Too bad it doesn't have wifi.

We stayed at Rosanna's place for a long weekend. It was absolutely lovely. The surroundings were so peaceful, walking distance to a winery, and clean space. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect as we stayed in and cooked in the evenings. The beds and space in general was very comfortable. It is secluded but within easy driving distance of several small towns and Florence. Rosanna was a wonderful, responsive host. Gave us great recommendations and checked in to make sure we were having a good time and didn't need anything. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to book again.

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

we immediately felt comfortable 7 d enjoyed the stay very much. A ideal starting point for excursions.

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

La Selvolina is a great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings, but also the lovely pool. The house is nice, the kitchen very complete. Everything is available for a wonderful stay. If you have any questions, there was always a quick and very friendly response, which we experienced as very pleasant and welcome. La Selvolina is a wonderfully quiet place, about a 30 minute walk (up the mountain) or 5 minutes by car to Roccastrada. If you're lucky, you could see deer in the garden and hear the owls at night. It is advisable to have an SUV because the road is not paved.
