We stayed at Denise’s place over the Lunar New Year school holiday and really had a great time at the Cowes house. There were 10 of us including children and we had a comfortable space for all of us. Denise and Henrik were very helpful and responsive. The house location is quite close to the nearest beach and town centre. We had a really wonderful time spending the 3 days that we were there at the nearby attractions at the Philip Island visiting Koala Sanctuary, the Nobbies, Churchill Island and the Penguin Parade.

We had a Lil family Vacay to get some downtime and we couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay. Very easy to find and check in. Jenny is amazing very helpful and very responsive. Beautiful home and well appointed. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks for having us and our fluff.

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

A light and airy house just a short walk from the beuatiful and wild Surf Beach. Close enough to Cowes for restaurants and cafes, but distant enough to feel private and close to nature. The house was clean and spacious, beds comfortable and the deep spa bath was a bonus after big walking days. We couldn't enjoy the front deck due to sketchy weather, but it looked perfect for warmer days and nights.

Very convenient location, nice and cozy. The owners did their best to accommodate our needs.

Was a great getaway with a friendly dog! We were surprised with some fruit and drink when we walked in which was nice. Beach is across the road and was very accessible.

We loved staying at Jane's home in Red Rock, Phillip Island. It was comfortable, homey, clean, tidy, fit the description perfectly and offered a big back yard, ping-pong table and outdoor cricket set for our three teenage children (and for their beachhouse-owning mates who popped in and out 🙄). Perfect family home. Accessible to the main street of Cowes (but not by foot) and as a bonus we could take our two little dogs. Morning walks along Red Rock beach (five minute walk away) and its surrounds were glorious. Initially, I didn't think there were any coffee shops in the area but we stumbled across the Red Rock golf course which sells coffee and cheese toasties! It was so nice to sit there looking over the golf course. We hope that Jane will have us again.

I had a fantastic stay with my family! The unit was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Jodi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was the highlight for my kids. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Once again, we enjoyed the great location and accessibility of Sally’s place. It could not be more central to the town of Cowes, within short walking distance to the beach and dining. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the outside seating where the water is clearly visible and outside eating extends the holiday atmosphere.

Seas the Day was the perfect place for a relaxing girls' weekend away. It was in a great location, with beautiful views of the sand dunes and easy access for walks along the beach. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was cosy and comfortable. Elle and Andrew were great hosts, easy to communicate with and happy to help and suggest options for our stay. I would definitely love to return, perhaps in summer to use the pool and spa and highly recommend this house as a place to stay on Phillip Island.

We couldn't speak more highly of our stay at this location, as well as the communication and service from our host. Amazing ocean views, a very well designed layout as well as perfectly maintained. The pool was perfectly maintained and a real bonus. Amenities, glassware, provisions, everything exceeded our expectations. Very spacious inside with many different areas to relax. All the prior reviews speak for themselves - we will certainly be looking to book here again!

A beautiful home and great spaces to enjoy inside and out. Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to Dromana. The front yard and gate made it a secure space to allow the kids to play freely and ride their bikes/ scooters up and down the driveway. The outdoor shower meant we could keep the home free of sand and the outdoor area is an entertainers paradise. Would love to return here.

We loved our stay - such a beautiful home with modern amenities and loved being so close to the water where we wandered down several times. A lovely quiet area which was an added bonus! Thanks for having us - would absolutely recommend.

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

We love this place so much Location is just 5-10 mins walk to grocery store and restaurants and also to Cowes beach. Parking is just outside the townhouse very convenient & free parking. It’s big enough for everyone to have their own space ~ we love the rooftop lounge with sea view. Neighborhood is quiet too. We wish we could stay longer. Justine is so nice to give us a welcome pack and fridge is stocked with butter and milk & cupboards filled with cereals and all necessary ingredients & pots pans to whip our own dinners. The coffee machine is a bonus ! Justine stocks up Starbucks coffee capsules so we could drink quality coffee every morning ! The beds are super comfortable ~ we were so reluctant to leave ~ thank you for allowing us to stay in your house, Justine

My most pleasant and enjoyable Air Bnb experience to date! Donna’s house had everything we needed (plus more because it was child friendly!) Spacious, super clean, all the amenities, incredible location and also beautifully decorated as the ultimate beach house. The vibes of this place made our entire holiday what it was to the point where we extended our stay, we really didn’t want to leave! Donna is the most thoughtful and accommodating host and was an absolute delight to deal with. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return! Thanks so much Donna xx

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

We had 11 of us stay and there was plenty of room for all of us with great views. The pool room and table tennis table were a big hit with our young adult kids and it was great that they could entertain themselves for hours downstairs!
