We spent New Year's Eve with friends and children in the quiet forest house. There was nothing lacking and was as we imagined.

Oliver was a great host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Again a very nice stay with the usual good communication from the hostess and everything was as always sparkling clean as in a very good hotel. So we will be happy to come back.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice, and we had a fantastic time in the house.

The boathouse is the perfect place to unwind and unwind. It's very quiet, cozy, and the nature around it can be enjoyed. From the large window in the living area you can wonderfully watch the river and its inhabitants (ducks, herons, kingfisher, otter, fish). By boat you can take a nice trip to the lake. This can be done by rowing or with outboard motor, where you probably need a certain hand or suggestion that we did not have had... But in any case there is a well described instructions. Our two toddlers and we felt very comfortable and we will be happy to come back.

Staying with Dietmar is always heartwarming. It is a very nice area, wild forests and calm fields. Everything on the campsite is very clean and homely, Dietmar is super friendly and caring, and he just wants you to recover well and have no worries. Hope to come back again!

A great place to stay with a beautiful garden lots of nature and space for creative people. Artists are hosts here and you can tell by the beautiful furnishings of the house and the garden. Perfect for kids too. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.

I am a country bumpkin in Börlyn! After about 25 years of field service, it is difficult to get my husband to leave, but there was a family reason. We need an extra room, a place to plan, as well as a washing machine and kitchen "just in case." We searched on AirBnB - a hotel phobia was diagnosed. In the end, we were hooked by the beautiful pictures in Sana. Of course, we were aware that it was a “professional provider,” but we expected an apartment building for long-term rentals. What can we say - we were not satisfied, but simply SHOCKED! Everything was as described! Clean, kitchen with washing machine, bathrobes also for children, swimming pool for the urge to move the offspring included, while mom tries to get rid of the fatigue of the week on the lounger. Housekeeping was on point, insisted on giving us water on departure - so nice! The breakfast was delicious, the coffee tasty - we will be happy to come back!

Quiet and comfortable 1 week here, Silvia is a welcoming host, next time we will book here again

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay where you immediately feel comfortable and at home, this is the place to be!! The surrounding nature is simply magical. The night trip to the Sternenpark was breathtaking and if you have clear nights, an absolute recommendation! Heike as a host is a very loving, open-minded, warm person with whom you feel in good hands. We'd love to come back in the summer!

If you like it quiet and in nature, you will feel very comfortable here. Fantastically beautiful, completely secluded by the forest. The stay and communication uncomplicated, the amenities very homely, clear and robust. Perfect for us and our dogs. We very much regret being able to be there for such a short time and will definitely be back! You should be aware that the access road is really unpaved, and you are "in nowhere" by the forest. Not for lowered high-gloss cars or people who are afraid of some dirt, insects, rain or similar natural phenomena right in front of their place!

We had a breakdown with our caravan. The accommodation of Nataliya and her husband was great for us, our daughters and our dogs. spontaneously requested, 5 minutes later the confirmation as well as an early check-in were possible. The home has everything you need. We can fully recommend

We stayed at Jakob's place for few days. The house is perfectly connected to the public transports (bus stop at 20m), and perfect for visiting HZB! Jakob and Evelin are super cordial and the house is in perfect conditions! Highly reccomended hosts!!
