The place was as shown in the pictures. Beautiful, cozy, clean and renovated. It had everything you needed. Hosts were very kind. We would choose this location again and recommend it.

I'm delighted to write this review! Tina is such a great person! The house is large: several floors, several bedrooms, large convivial kitchen. Everything is very clean and well decorated, it takes hot, good shower pressure, nothing missing. The ski bus stops right in front of the house, the ski area is very interesting. We can only recommend this beautiful home for your vacation as well as its wonderful owner!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Cosy old farmhouse, friendly host, well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living areas, good linen. Cute small village with beautiful surroundings. I'll book again.

We spent a long weekend with my extended family in this beautiful house and we lacked nothing, beautifully decorated with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining area and garden and well equipped kitchen and immediate starting point of many excursion destinations. Glad to come back!

Beautiful home, very clean, warm, and inviting. Stunning location, and conveniently located near the autobahn and the larger town of Oetz, which had many great restaurants. Our host was lovely - so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

We had a wonderful few days at Peter's chalet. Peter is very friendly and gave us great tips for the area, the chalet itself is also well equipped - we didn't miss anything and we'd love to come back. The view of the mountain is amazing!

An ideal accommodation for a family with 2 to 3 children. It was incredibly clean and we slept great. Beds are great! Extra top: Halfway through the week we got clean towels, a fresh bread service every day, washing gel for the hands and dishwasher cubes provided. All of the extras you don't always find at a location.

We felt very quickly at home. Even if it was only a small room on the 2nd floor with integrated small kitchenette and dining table with two chairs, the space was sufficient for two people. The room as well as the bathroom accessible via the hallway was very clean at check-in. The mattress as well as the topper and linens were in extremely good and clean condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary (dishes, 1x small pan, 1x large cooking pot, 1x small cooking pot, coffee maker including pods, oil /vinegar/ salt and pepper, rags and sponge including dish soap, Zewa). The balcony directly adjacent to the room was also beautiful and equipped with a small table with two chairs. From there you could even see the Zugspitze in good weather. The almost consistently rainy and cold weather surprised us a little and made our plans a little difficult, but we were still able to do some nice activities.

Perfect place for skiing. Supermarket and food places very nearby. Perfect host very kind! Only minor point I had is the wifi. it works but its very slow. overall very good except the internet 🛜

We had a great stay in Sautens. The location is great, an easy drive to all sorts of things to do and shopping. Very walkable to necessities as well as the walking/bike path to other towns. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! One thing to note is that the ceiling height in the kitchen is lower, my husband is 6’3” (190cm) and had to duck a little while helping me cook and do dishes :)

This is an outstanding place! It is clean, comfortable, quiet with a private garden with an amazing Mountain View. Petra is a great host, we felt like family and would come back again, it was an excellent value, I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we found everything so great that we will definitely repeat it.

We had a wonderful week at the beautiful place of Jade and Ingo. The two were very helpful and friendly! The property is as described and the location in the mountains is fantastic. We would come back back.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's place. The kitchen asks for everything you need. The location is perfect. And the valley was a great experience for us, with beautiful scenery. We will be happy to come again !

We stayed with Reinhard and Evi for a week and felt right at home. There is nothing missing in the apartment, the hosts were always very friendly and helpful. We went skiing every day in Kühtai during the week. The drive to the ski resort is a bit strenuous, but we were already aware of that beforehand. Overall everything great! We would recommend it anytime.

The apartment is super modern, very tasteful and comfortably furnished and equipped with the utmost comfort. It also has a washing machine. We especially liked the sophisticated lighting design in the entire apartment. The well-stocked book library was also nice - there is something for everyone. Numerous brochures for excursions in the region are also available. Daniel & Kathi were always available for questions. The apartment is superbly located close to shopping (in Mötz there is an MPreis, with Stams a large SPAR) and highway (no noise audible). In the area we found great restaurants with very tasty food, including the 'Orangerie' in Stams, in Gasthaus Stiegl in Untermieming and in the inn 'Locherboden' in Mötz. In Obermieming we discovered the very nice cafe/pastry shop Maurer with a huge and very fine offer. 20 minutes by car in Oetz in the Oetztal, we let ourselves be pampered at Café Heiner to a stroke and thread.
