Really very nice and accommodating hosts and a great house, lovingly and decorated with a style all its own. It may be a little strange for some that the house is still actively inhabited and is therefore full of personal belongings, but you get used to it very quickly and then feel right at home. We can only warmly recommend Astrid and her husband's place to everyone. 😊

It was like visiting friends. Wonderful garden, space to play for the kids, different corners to discover and relax. And the chickens were a highlight for me. Every afternoon see what they had put back for us. Everything we needed. Gladly come back.

I never write reviews despite the fact that I’ve stayed at dozens of rental properties around the world. This one stood out. As did the owner. I felt compelled to write something this time around. The place is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view, wonderful terraces, and every imaginable convenience, amenity and comfort. Tim was so great that I wound up inviting him over for dinner next time he’s in my city! This was fantastic place to stay. Tranquil, scenic and comfortable.

The house was great. Plenty of room with lots of amenities. It’s located near the train stop and university. Perfect if you have business at the university. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. They really wanted to ensure we had a great stay.

You are in the middle of the beautiful countryside and can also go to the cities. The recreation factor is enormous. Highly recommended for dog owners and nature Loving people

Stayed 2 weeks here. The house is like new and very clean. Johannes and his Family is very helpful and friendly. If I am in the area next time, I will book this house again.

Very warm and exotic stay. The accommodation is very clean, welcoming and large. There are a lot of things available (well-equipped kitchen - everything you need for cooking, bathroom too). Well-located accommodation for activities, close to supermarkets. Very exotic environment! Great stay for us

Great experience, the house is old but tidy and clean, there are 4 rooms in total 8 beds, the living room is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the basement.It would have been even better if slippers were provided.

The house is quaintly located, not central, but this is known beforehand. It is a lot of fit and also very suitable for traveling with children. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very special apartment with a great kitchen very well furnished with everything you need. Maybe not suitable for older people or someone with mobility issues. There are steep stairs upstairs to the bedroom. Otherwise very cozy and nicely decorated. And very friendly and flexible landlady.

We were very happy with the place. Our two fitters had a clean and tidy stay. There was everything you need. I highly recommend it

We had a lovely quiet stay at Christiana and Thomas' place. We also met Thomas in person, which we always find very good. Thomas gave us good tips for things to do. A problem with the heating was resolved very quickly. Our dog Ben felt very comfortable in the garden. There was everything you needed. Everything was perfect.

Perfect house for a group of friends with children. The hot tub was a big plus, as was the playroom for children. It's clear that they pay attention to details to make the stay as comfortable as possible. There are many activities in the area for young and old. In addition, the owners Tim and Tanja are very quick to respond to questions and are flexible! We enjoyed our weekend in the Schwarzwaldhaus castle view. Highly recommended!!!

It was a short weekend - too short for the location. A very lovingly prepared house with lots of history and a new extension, large living room-kitchen combination and sauna in this equipment is rarely found. Clay plaster, heat pump, beds with 3° inclination for better sleep, there is a lot to tell if you were there. Not to mention the view and the cooking and grilling possibilities. Also a very nice, helpful landlady with lots of tips and commitment. We say thank you to Sabine and Erwin for the (unfortunately much too short) weekend! A real specialty

a fairytale cottage, like visiting grandma clearly. Wonderfully cuddly, creaky floor, comfortable beds and fragrant laundry. We will be back!

The half-timbered house has a lot of charm and has been renovated with love and high-quality materials. It is located on the slope and the way there is nice because you can see a lot of beautiful half-timbered houses. We felt very comfortable.
