It is a beautiful, cozy, relaxing and quiet place, where modern and warm constructions are perfectly integrated with nature. All the native vegetation of the place is preserved, which we really liked. The cabins are very nice and thoughtfully designed, considering every detail to make the stay more enjoyable. Loved the kitchen and quality of the utensils and appliances. Michel the host of the place, very attentive to every foolishness of his guests, always willing to collaborate in what was within his reach. The social work he does with street dogs and the foundation of people with drug problems, is something to highlight. The animals of the place are very nice and you can interact with them. The only drawback is the uncovered road, which in times of rain becomes more complicated for the transit of small sedan-type vehicles, due to the stones along the way.

Kasa Koma is amazing, great interior spaces and connection to the outside. The grounds are meticulously kept and well designed. Calima Lake was not too busy so it was very quiet in town. The house is a 10min drive to Darién and if in need of anything, most items can be brought to the house for you. Aydee provided great meals for us and was so friendly and helpful. Norbey the house manager was amazing throughout the stay and provided great insight for the location. Ask about the homemade ice cream! Great bbq/pool area and perfect for all types of groups/couples/families. This is a very easy recommendation to make, from us to you, if you’re visiting Lago Calima.

Our experience at Laura's lake house was truly outstanding. The property's beauty is enhanced by its breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and surrounding area. The jacuzzi, which can comfortably accommodate eight people, offers the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a picturesque sunset. The peaceful ambiance and comfort of the property made us feel instantly at home. As a family of six, we had an amazing time together, and the house is certainly spacious enough to accommodate a larger family. Laura's exceptional hospitality, prompt responses, and warm welcome before our arrival deserve special mention. Furthermore, Edison and his wife, who are responsible for maintaining the property, demonstrated remarkable friendliness, respect, and eagerness to assist us. Upon arrival, we found the property to be immaculately clean, including the bedrooms and fresh bed linens.
