Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Restinga da Marambaia

It was a great stay, the place was according to the photos and information. I spent a weekend with my husband and eldest son, the fact of being a waterfront is great. An excellent atmosphere, family and peace of mind. I took the opportunity to make the rehearsal revelation of pregnancy, the beach in front is very quiet, clean and beautiful. I thought I would walk a little more to arrive but it was quiet, very close to being able to make the way without difficulty being pregnant and with rs suitcase Nathalia and Raiane removed all my doubts and I had the support for everything I needed, such as information about food deliveries and etc. We will definitely return ❤️

We stay 12 days in this paradise, the place is simply amazing the super ventilated room with a huge glass window,provides a breathtaking view of the super famous local Marambaia restinga that was once the scene of several soap operas and frequented pain several presidents of the republic,The gentle breeze,next to the stunning scenery, makes you feel in a true paradise,the kitchen is complete with all the necessary household utensils, potent refrigerator,ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals,the bathroom with electric shower is extremely clean,there are three different points in the house to enjoy the view,room,room and yard! Maria is a sensational person always concerned with our good is, always proactive and with excellent communication,if we feel at home what made all the difference in our experience,the place is the basis of the main trails such as the telegraph, wild beaches.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it. As always, everything is impeccable, a wonderful space that makes you not want to leave, a spacious house, all the utensils and more, comfortable rooms where guests are very well accommodated. Bed linen and towels are also available. Denise is always helpful and flexible, very kind. Marquinhos, the caretaker, is also always very helpful. Great place comfortable mt home

Excellent host, very kind and always helpful. The very beautiful and cozy house. I was able to rest and enjoy the outdoor space with hammock, lawn, lemon , acerola and at night a beautiful starry sky to relax. My family and pets loved it.

We loved the whole stay, everything was extremely clean and just like the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and with direct exit on the beach, the sea was angry but very clean. A lot of around town like restaurants, pharmacy and bars, easy to go to other beaches as it is very well located. Safe building with 24-hour reception, attentive staff and Renata was also helpful worrying if everything was okay during the stay. Will I definitely come back more often?

An excellent apt, all very organized and clean, very faithful to the photos. Valentino always helpful and very attentive, responded immediately. In the building there is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, very good food. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Perfect. Since the day we arrived we feel very well on site! It served our purpose very well. We had an issue with the apartment door and we were quickly answered by the hostess. The rooms are comfortable and the same as they show in the photos. 0 regrets of this stay. Back more often for sure!

Flawless apartment, Renata is wonderful, attentive, gave us all the instructions and was always available to assist. The condominium is a show apart, it has everything inside, from a cafeteria (where we have coffee every day) to a sauna and hydrotherapy. Well-equipped apartment, has everything you need. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, and there are certainly others of the same nature. But someone like Alexandre, I don't think so. The apto. is very well located… close to everything (market, pharmacy, shopping, public transportation… everything!!). It's just like the photos. Sonia was a great host! Very thoughtful and flexible. I stayed 12 days and felt right at home!☺️ It's only far from the south side and the main sights. But it is a quiet place that has given me security.

The condominium has a lot to do, but there is a lack of attention on the issue of light, it rained a little bit the light is over. Stripping this detail was all very nice.

The apartment is amazing! The photos don't reflect how beautiful it is. It has a beautiful view, from the balcony. All the amenities that are posted work perfectly. Everything was spotless and Juliana is attentive and provided us with all the necessary information about the resort and its operation. We're already thinking about coming back...

Alberto was an extremely flexible and attentive host. We felt at home, my baby loved the space in the apartment, which was impeccable, they were very zealous with our stay. We will definitely be booking with Alberto again on our next trips to Rio.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with a concierge, swimming pool, gym and well-organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical ones, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches (we used Uber). There is public transportation and transportation options that make it easy to get to different points of interest, as well as a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, an electric grill and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. One detail that I really appreciated is that the building has a recycling option, which makes it easy to separate waste from the apartment itself. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to return to Rio, especially to this less crowded area than the classic ones like Copacabana.

Communication with Daniel was great, always available to remedy the doubts. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and the outside area is a differential to make the most of the stay. The condominium has great infrastructure and security. We will definitely return!
