Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Murcia

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. Great location, lots of pools, gym, parking space. The only drawback for us was the unfunctional lift for over 10 days of our stay, which made our life very difficult, since we were there with a small kid. But it is rather question to the building management, not the host. All the rest was great, really enjoyed our stay in Orihuella and would love to come back.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, a lovely location, tight security, and a nice golf course, look no further! Our family of four (including 2 young kids) stayed for a month and loved our visit. The park at the entrance to the resort was a lovely spot. My kids and I enjoyed playing all kinds of make-believe games. Siska is a brilliant host, and responded immediately to each message. Thanks, Siska! I have been to several resorts and this was definitely the most conscientious group of security officers. The whole lot of them were bilingual, and friendly. There were regular patrols. The only drawback is that it is about 15 minutes by car to the nearest town. So, unless you plan to get your groceries at the resort's Spar and "dine out" exclusively at the resort's restaurant, you will want to bring/rent a car.

We had a great time. We had a problem and Mario was a sweetheart in allowing us flexibility in the exit. The huge pool is best, with its shade areas. Peace and quiet, plus a good bathroom.

we had a lovely stay here, the villa was clean and spacious and we never felt all on top of each other (7 adults & a baby). plenty of seating areas and the kitchen was well equipped. thank you for a lovely stay!

lovely apartment perfect for a low season stay with the heated pools.

We had a fantastic stay. We immediately felt at home, everything you need is present, the apartment was extremely clean and spacious to stay. You have (free) parking in front of the door, a shop within walking distance and you can enjoy the tranquility. Being the icing on the cake, the apartment has a fantastic view! We will definitely be back, thank you for making for a fantastic holiday.

Wonderful apartment in a great complex. The village has everything required for a young family, and parents. Would highly recommend.

The area is ideal,the apartment and the environment is very clean and quiet,but with stairs to go up to the bedrooms and also for living room ,I have low vision and that theme was not well specified,

The house is fabulous, as shown in the photos. It has everything you need to have a splendid vacation (pool, air conditioning, TV, full kitchen, etc...). The people of Interhome have been attentive to any requests we made to them (the blind leash had been broken and they fixed it right away). We will definitely repeat...

Accommodation was just gorgeous. We all felt very comfortable. Pedro was available for all questions and was able to answer them. He also gave suggestions on what we can do. Glad to come back!

i recommend this location. pool right in front of the house and uncrowded for the 30 homes that have access to it. both bathrooms are a plus. in short we had a great stay and we will come back. thank you jiri for you responsiveness and kindness. thank you also to marketa for her kindness as well.

Ann’s place was perfect for our needs as we needed a comfortable base to visit family at the Vistabella Golf Urbanisation. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. Ann’s communication is excellent, very responsive to our questions and very proactive, as was the interaction with the local contact (Yvette) for support and key hand overs and day-to-day support. Would definitely recommend to others for a peaceful, well equipped holiday home

The apartment is in a private development that has 14 saltwater pools, but the one below is more than enough . Careed and maintained on a daily basis. The apartment has all the comforts and air conditioning , very important these days. It is located at a point that we had both the coast and Murcia capital less than 30'. we had a great time on Carmel's apartment.

This was a fabulous holiday for us. Beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. Lovely pools, gym, gardens, all well maintained. A nice 10 minute walk to the beach with great restaurants close by and a supermarket right next door. Plenty to see and do in the area but we also travelled around the coast to explore Murcia/Cartagena and other local towns. We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much Koen.

We enjoyed our time here. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool , and we were happy to use the barbecue on the top floor ( beautiful view ). We drove in with two cars , so we were happy to see there were lots of parking opportunities right in front of building. Also being a gated community made us feel safe and not worry about the cars.. David was so helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Apartments was spotless, had all amenities and more for perfect family holiday, beach chairs & umbrella and cooler bag were great for visits to beach.

We have spent a week, the apartment has everything you need, good cleanliness, the location is very good, a quiet area but with everything you need nearby.

Very responsive, if you have any questions, they respond very quickly. Nothing to complain Very nice environment, there is a walk of more than 7 km in front of the pool where you can walk by bike, scooter or on foot, next to the sea. Very clean apartment. Very nice view, in addition to when you are in the pool, you can see the sea. We loved it. Good location, close to restaurants on foot and close to the great shopping center of the Zenia and 10 minutes drive to the beach, beautiful beaches. The one who is very close to the rental is not large and especially they are rocks so you have to take the car better. Beautiful pool. I will say a big negative point, it is the parking in the basement. It's hot to park, we had an Audi A6 and it takes a lot of maneuvers to park, not much space to maneuver. Parking is very poorly done, it is better to park outside. It was a stress every time you had to get out or in from the parking lot. Hopefully not all spots are taken up because it will be complicated to get out, it's tight. Beautiful apartment for 4 people, air conditioning worked very well but the small problem was that there was no oven, it's a shame (luckily I took my plancha). Another negative point for us, after all depends on the people of course, is that the solarium is not private, it is for all tenants so you have to bring back your table, chairs and umbrella so it's complicated anyway. We love going to the solarium and we didn't go there. On the other hand, very nice view from the solarium, you can see the sea and the pool, we took beautiful photos. You can only see the sea on the solarium, from the balcony we saw on the balconies of other rentals and this, we didn't like it too much. You can only see the sea if you lean well on the right. For us, it's two negative points but for some people it won't bother them. We had a great holiday. Well, thank you so much

The accommodation is super quiet, we were super comfortable. Bill is a delight, always attentive to everything. We loved the urbanization, the people are very nice and we will definitely come back next year. It has everything you need to spend a few great days as a family and the pool is a blast. Everything is perfect.
