We cannot recommend Gwen’s place enough! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated with special personal touches and equipped with all the amenities I needed (and more!). Gwen was an outstanding host—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. It was so endearing that she even left out a sweet welcome gift of cookies and chocolates and a nice hand written note I have never received a welcome note from a guest at Airbnb before and it made us feel welcomed and hospitality. The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet, charming neighborhood yet close to all the attractions St. Petersburg has to offer. This is truly a gem of a place, and I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to St. Petersburg

Arnold was an amazing host for us! he was responsive and accommodating to any request that we had. The place was nice and clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The area is beautiful and is in a quiet neighborhood. It was worth it .

Quaint and super clean little complex right across from beach, restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores. We walked or rode our bikes everywhere. Received immediate help with keypad when needed. You definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay!

This place fit my needs as it had everything I needed for my five night stay. The unit was quite comfortable. Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions from the host. Something to be aware of, the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors. But in the evenings it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again next time I'm in Clearwater.

The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed the layout of the rental. Plenty of places to visit close enough to walk or ride a bike to. My son loved the giant screen tv in the living room and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and well organized! We had an issue with the light in the master bedroom and Nichole got maintenance out the next day to have it fixed! Had a great setup inside!

Fantastic stay for 30 days with my pups! Hung was amazingly responsive when the power went out due to a local car crash or anything else I needed. House was close to Highway, airport , Tampa beaches and more!! Definitely would stay again!

Andrea is a great host, helpful and kind. Home is super clean, very easy check-in, quiet, great appliances, easy to prepare meals. Short drive to Clearwater Beach. Second time we've stayed here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay with plenty of room. The house is in a really nice neighborhood and close to the beach. The house has been fully renovated and is really nice. Comfy beds, laundry on site, and everything you need. Highly recommend.

The place was spotless, very clean. The pictures inside matched with the pictures of the posting. The neighborhood is not the nicest but it was quiet and safe.

The location was outstanding so close to the downtown but far enough so it was very quite and peaceful at the house. Lori, is an outstanding host we have rented for her in the past and would again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent amenities. The location was fantastic—there were great places to eat nearby, and it was very walkable to both the beach and local restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely and convenient for everything we needed. The only downside was that both elevators were out of service during our stay, which made things a bit challenging, especially when carrying groceries and luggage. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned in the listing or communicated before the cancellation date, as it impacted our experience. Overall, a great place with just a minor inconvenience. Definitely would still recommend!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous time. You could not hear anything while inside the home. Very quiet and peaceful. Beach was super close. Convenience store on the way to the beach. Michael has great supplies to help make the beach trip easier: wagon, floats, cooler, chairs, etc. Also a place to rent umbrellas right on the beach when you walk on from the home.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Thank you Pete and Doris. The apt was in a great location. Access to a coffee place, a diner, Publix and more. The place was spotlessly clean. Very well stocked and a spacious living area and bedrooms. Quiet. Easy to park your vehicle. I had a great stay.

This was GREAT. Lisa is beyond amazing host. She started with a set up for our dog and it was was so sweet of her. It was holiday time so everybody is busy but oh well she did it!!! We had a bit of the problem with dishwasher and she was beyond helpfull. The Condo has a great location very well decorated ,very cozy . We would definatelly go back there. Thanks Lisa!!!

Love this condo right on the beach! Peter is the best and a great host. Great communication. The condo itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. We really appreciate being able to rent this fantastic place. The sunsets and views are amazing!
