It was exactly what we were after, plenty to do for the kids!

A great place to stay for families with everything you need as a base for exploring the area. Hosts are very easy to deal with and look after you.

Barbara's beach house was simply perfect. We were an extended family of four, plus two dogs, and the layout of the house accommodated each of us, giving us our own room and space to relax. The beach house has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday: comfortable king and queen beds, quality linen, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, including a Nespresso coffee machine, great lounges, spacious bathrooms, and multiple outdoor sitting areas, including a small heated pool. Our two dogs were safely contained within the secure backyard and loved being so close to the dog beach, which is just as fabulous for humans to enjoy! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the house is within walking distance of Point Lonsdale beach and shops. We usually stay on the Mornington Peninsula over the summer break, but after staying here and discovering all the things this part of the coast has to offer, we'll definitely be back! Allan was really helpful and responsive, the house would be great for families with young children too, everything they would need! Our stay was only overnight and just what we needed, close to see penguins! Thanks Allan!

John was super helpful and quick to respond with his text. He made it easy to check in and out and the place was a very good price for how big and clean it is! Great cooking utensils with big pans and oven for big group dinners!

We had a lovely stay, was a beautiful, light space! The king bed was very comfortable. The only thing worth noting is that it’s at the back of the main house and above the car port/garage that seems to be used quite a lot so you can hear noises beneath you. Otherwise, great location and a short walk to the beach.

A relaxing stay in a wonderful small unit with everything you could wish for. The unit is bright and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts Glenys and Geoff were extremely welcoming, with lots of helpful information as well as providing beautiful bread, juice, fruit and delicious homemade jams. The bed was extremely comfortable. The fully enclosed yard was a shady oasis and perfect for my two whippets. The hot tub was a delight, clean and perfectly maintained. The hosts also had beach equipment to borrow, and the surf boards came in handy. The location is a short distance from Main Street, easily walked along the many beautiful tracks, with stunning views. The dog beach is an easy 5 minute drive. All in all, I would highly recommend this staycation and hope to revisit soon.

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

My sister and I stayed here for 1 night over the recent long weekend. We had a really really lovely stay. The place was close to the lovely beaches, and the host was super responsive. The place was well equipped and clean- everything that we wanted!

You must stay here at least once! Fran's and Ray's place is so beautiful and spotless. Their garden adds serenity amidst a peaceful neighbourhood. The unit is very well furnished and cosy. They went above and beyond in making us feel at home. The kids loved the thoughtful touches like toys and books to enrich their stay - a very kid-friendly place. Thank you Fran and Ray for having us.

Brad is a fantastic host and the little studio apartment that we stayed in did us so well during our visit to sorrento for a week, lovely comfortable beds that guaranteed us great sleep every night and great amenities!

Debra was great and easy to communicate with. She gave good suggestions and share with us places to bring kids to. Her place is quite near the beach and easily accessible to the beach. Instructions were very clear from pre arrival to departure and she put up some little notes to help remind the guest on the do and dont Welcome guide is good as well helps to denote nearby eatery.

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.

A wonderful stay in Frankston, a great location with direct access to the beach. It’s also a very private and peaceful studio, beautifully decorated and has everything you would need! The breakfast bits were also such a lovely touch, we felt right at home! The bed is also super comfortable!

Joseph’s apartment is in a prime location, walking distance to everything - beach, dining, supermarket, etc. One surprise feature, which makes check-in/out so much easier, is the lift opens inside the apartment…no carrying suitcases too far. Communication was fast and helpful and the apartment was as advertised. I would stay here again on any future visits to Mornington.

Duncan's place was clean, welcoming and the location was perfect. His place had excellent amenities, was spacious and just right for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in McCrae, and highly recommend Duncan's place.
