Joseph’s place was great. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it was perfect for what we needed. The sunset view from the bed is worth it alone. We were training everyday so having the laundry was needed. The gym upstairs is small but has everything you would need to get a great workout in. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The place is small but perfect for 2 people. We needed a few things fixed during our stay but the maintenance team was great to help and fix it. Overall if you are looking for a great location with great amenities you will love this place.

Great place in the heart of Kamala beach. The space was very big and could easily accommodate 6+ people. The rooftop was a plus.

The host is very quick to respond and it's very easy to find the address of the listing as well as pick up the keys. The accommodation is super well located the accommodation is clean and the pool upstairs is amazing. The tranquility of the residence was also great! There are many restaurants nearby which are also very good the beach not even 10 minutes walk. Lots of commerce at the bottom of the supermarket style residence! For smokers, it's nice to have a small balcony with a small table and chairs!

We stayed in this apartment for three weeks, and would certainly stay more :) The apartment was quiet and cozy, perfect for 2 people. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to relax and spend their best time on Phuket.

Dmitry's condo at The Park Surin was a fantastic stay during our 6 weeks in Surin. The unit is exactly as the photos show, had all the amenities, and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The second bathroom was recently renovated and the entire unit was very clean. The location is on a hill (which provides a nice view of Bang Tao beach and the hills of Surin). You can easily walk to Surin beach area with restaurants and shops, but highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a short ride to Bang Tao with another beautiful beach and even more shopping and food options. Communication was a breeze, Dmitry was always responsive and helpful. For example, the renovations were not quite complete when we arrived, so Dmitry put us in the penthouse unit for the first two days at his own cost! The unit was so comfortable that it made it difficult to leave when our trip ended, and we would definitely stay again next time we are in Surin!

Excellent if you come with friends to party in pukhet, located 200m from Banglaroad, where you have to be for the nights in pukhet. The mattresses are a little hard but otherwise very good for the price and the location.

it’s a very good deal. i would recommend this air bnb! better than expected! very clean wuhuuu and there was a cat 🐈‍⬛ and i felt very safe! sam is very friendly. have a nice day !

Only the furniture was not quite upset in high humidity. Reversible in different places repaired and cabinet doors warped. Make free laundry for that. Cleaning up to 1-2 times a week is included, more is possible on request. Contact very friendly and accommodating

Thank you, Olga, for a beautiful apartment and an awesome week in Laguna! Olga was very responsive and accommodated us for extra nights. We travelled there with my elderly parents, so the 2BR apartment was a great match for our group. There were a few minor inconveniences (bathroom smell, a few ants), but they weren't critical for us. Olga helped us with instructions, check-in, check-out, and gave great recommendations regarding our further trip to Singapore.

Great stay! Host was really responsive and prompt whenever something would arise. Check in was really easy. She has a great connect to motorbike rental, which made jt easy.
