Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

Alain is a remarkable host very attentive and welcoming the house is superb as well as the environment we will come back!

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

The place is amazing just in the heart of city centre close to everything : restaurants, beach ,stores playground for the kids, really we enjoyed the summer in Douja’s house . I recommend this place for everyone wanting to enjoy the quiet and beach . Thank you Douja for the easy check in and out . And thank you for taking care and the amazing house close to everything . I will be back again

I had such a great stay at this apartment! Ray was so kind and sweet, always making sure we had everything we needed. Khalil and Sam were amazing too—they helped loads with sorting out the rental car, which made things so much easier. The hosts were always super quick to respond to texts and picked up calls straight away, no matter what. The location was perfect—having a private beach was such a bonus, and it felt really safe and secure the whole time. The little shop in the lobby was such a nice touch, really handy for grabbing essentials. Overall, everything about the stay was fantastic, and the hosts went above and beyond to make it feel special. I’d definitely stay here again!

First of all, I want to thank Mohamed who accepted our listing request the same day. It helped us a lot. The host and his mom were friendly and very responsive to check-in, check-out and all other information. The space was very clean, consistent with the photos with stunning views and a beautiful sunset over the sea from the balcony. Private parking was a big plus. The location is great, facing the sea, on a lively boulevard with quite a few restaurants and just 5 minutes by car from historical sites. Thank you. I recommend it.
