We enjoyed our stay! So great to be so close to Wegmans, and the apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable!

Linda’s place is great and she is a great host. Even a paved guest parking area! She has a private entrance to the basement and she was more than accommodating! I’ll mark this one as a favorite because I come to the area frequently and will definitely stay again!

This place was very clean and had all they appointed items one may need. There was even an extra foldable mattress in the large closet, which my twin toddlers used for entertainment. They thought all the issues you could potentially run into with accessing the unit and the gave very easy to follow instructions. There was even a video available!

The place is very spacious and the free off street parking was a great value. The place is very modern and shower had a good water pressure and bed was very comfortable. The only con is the footsteps from a floor above so it may not be suitable for a light sleeper. But for us, pros clearly outweighed and it was much better choice than staying in a hotel. Thank you.

I have booked a number of places on Air BNB and by far this has been the best stay I’ve had hands down . The unit was immaculate! The location is perfect if you’re flying into Reagan Airport and you don’t want to necessarily stay in the heart of DC . There are lots of restaurant options, and shopping amenities in walking distance. And the building is nice , quiet, and well kept . Zero complaints whatsoever! If I ever travel back to the DC area , I will be booking with Lily !

Kelly was an incredible host to me and my roommate as we were displaced from our home and had to find a last minute place to stay in our area! She was kind, responsive, and flexible, working with us and with Airbnb to accommodate us. 10/10 recommend

The place was great. The location was great and the host was great. If you need a centrally located d place to Stay while in DC and you don’t want a hotel, you should definitely consider this condo.

Review Title: Perfect Weekend Getaway! I recently stayed at this apartment for a few days, and it was absolutely perfect for a couple’s getaway! The space was cozy, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully designed to create a warm and romantic atmosphere. The location was great—quiet and safe, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. We loved relaxing in the living room and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was also amazing, providing clear instructions and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, and safe retreat for a weekend getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family always enjoys coming to Nickel cottage. The game room is always a big hit, with much time being spent playing ping pong and the little ones having age appropriate toys. As a teacher myself, I am impressed with all the children’s books and classic toys. How nice it is to have a family place to gather and have fun! We also enjoy the beautiful scenery and neighborhood cows. We even saw a baby calf with it’s momma. Our Christmas is very special indeed - much due to Grace and her personal care of our family. Her little extras mean so much to us, and we appreciate everything she does to make our stay special!

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean and updated. The view of the lake from the house was beautiful and we enjoyed quiet mornings, having coffee on the dock.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. We loved our stay in this home. It was perfect for us. We only wish we’d come in the spring when we could have enjoyed the beautiful gazebo in the backyard, not when the highs were in the 20’s. Alex was very responsive to us, usually responding within minutes. And she even checked in on us after the first night to make sure everything was okay. She left clear instructions and even had helpful information for us about the house. We would definitely stay here again!

This was exactly what we needed! Xianfeng provided clear and accurate instructions so the home was easy to find, private parking was super convenient, and the home itself was just as described! I truly wish we could have stayed for longer as it felt like being in a home away from home. It was only 3 of us plus our baby but the house was very spacious as it could easily accommodate up to 8 people plus a baby/toddler. This was the perfect place for us to spend some much needed time to relax and reconnect with nature. This house is absolutely amazing! Clean open contemporary design with walls of windows facing the water and the nature outside. Thoughtful touches throughout the house make it feel extra special. We were lucky enough to be there for a nice snow fall which made the place that much more magical. The storm would have impacted our departures, so Evan graciously offered us another night to avoid traveling in the snow. The house has everything you need for a luxurious escape with a beautiful view, and amazing hosts. We will definitely be returning.

If you are looking for an air bnb in the Alexandria Del Ray area that: — Is charming and beautifully decorated with an artist’s eye —Utilizes every inch of space with your comfort in mind —Is equipped with a kitchen that has every imaginable modern appliance and gadget, complete with spices, teas, and a Nespresso coffee maker —Has a surprise upstairs attic space designed perfectly for kids or teens, in addition to two full bedrooms on the ground floor - Has a magical huge back yard ready for entertaining Then this is the place for you. We stayed with 2 teens and it was perfect. It is in the heart of Del Ray in walking distance to restaurants and shops. To top it off, the host was gracious, checked in on our needs without intruding, and was amazingly tolerant and honestly seemed to enjoy having us as guests in his grandmother’s home that he had so thoughtfully restored. All around a wonderful place to stay.

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

Easily the smoothest and most painless check-in and check-out experience I've ever had for the annual event we attended. 10/10, would absolutely choose to stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Lili's place. It was very peaceful! We would definitely book again if we were in the area. Lili was very responsive to any questions we had.

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

This place is safe, nice, and clean. We went to the metro and into DC. Great trip! Also you cannot get a better price. Great place, thanks again!

The condo was great. located right in the middle of so many places to eat and things to do. Kenny went above and beyond by texting me personally so that there would be no delay in response. he also recommended things to do and places to see. The roof top has Great views, parking was so easy and access to room was easy. Loved the tiny little balconies. nice added feature to the condo. only complaint was that bed was little small, it was like a full size bed
