Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Rangitikei District

This house was perfect for our family group of 9 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, and it was great having two full bathrooms. The fire and some heaters kept us warm at night.

The Fern Pod was a really nice experience - everything in the Pod was of good quality and kept very clean. The hosts were both friendly and we enjoyed our talks with them.

A special Airbnb. A peaceful location surrounded by sheep, dear, and cows. A well thought out space with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fire and stargazing. A perfect rural NZ stay. Say hi to the sheep for us!

We loved Sarah’s place. It’s immaculately clean and exactly as the pictures show. Excellent host, super responsive to any questions. Private outlook over farmland, short stroll into the village to food etc. Thanks again 😊

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

This place and Sharon were fantastic. We stayed for two nights while we did the tongariro alpine crossing and it was the perfect place to stay. Right across the rd from the shuttle pick up. The place was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed it immensely!

What a beautiful place you have so lucky to be under the mountain! Would love to come back and stay here again in the winter. Thanks again for hosting us, had such an awesome experience. Nice to have the heat pump and fireplace with lots of wood to keep warm on those chilly nights and mornings.

We had a great stay. The cottage was lovely and secluded with just the sounds of nature to disturb us. Although we didn't use them, access to the electric bikes was a great addition. Thanks for a great few days.

Ohm is one of the best Airbnb stays we've had in New Zealand. Ever since we visited four years ago, we've been hoping to return, and that dream has finally come true. Everything is just as wonderful as it was before.
