Our stay in Malabar was wonderful. Beatrice made life very easy for us with really clear instruction and flexibility for an early check in. She was so responsive to all our messages and constantly checking in to see if everything was ok. The house is magnificent, with plenty of space to spend time together but also separate for quiet time if required. Great outdoor area and pool and close to the Beach, Malabar Ocean Pool and Coffee Shop, everything you need for a family holiday. Would highly recommend staying here and thanks to Beatrice for being such a great host.

Salty's home was absolutely breathtaking! It was the perfect introduction to Sydney for my family’s first visit. The house was beautifully designed, thoughtfully stocked, and located in an amazing neighborhood. It offered plenty of space for our big family to come together and enjoy quality time while also providing peaceful spots to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a great stay at Janets place. It is a great location and a beautiful home and it was easy to live 10 people at the same time. Easy to check-in/out and very clear directions from Janet. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend staying here again!

I can’t say enough good things about Dom and his fabulous hosting! 10 stars for the way he made my aging parents and sister feel 100% welcome and comfortable at his place in Sydney. He was super responsive - getting back to any question I sent in a matter of minutes, he left food/milk/drinks/fresh pastry in the kitchen so they didn’t have to go shopping for anything the whole first couple of days and THEN he even personally drove my parents/sister around to show them some sights and took my dad grocery shopping when I was busy with other plans. What! Absolutely unbelievable. Loved the little “Harry Potter” room under the stairs when you enter the place too - how creative! I can’t recommend Dom and this rental enough!

The house is the perfect beachside retreat. It’s close enough to walk to everything you need, but also feels private and quiet. Inside it’s immaculate, with every amenity you could possibly need. Samuel was a great host.

This house is sited such that when you open the front door you're staring right at the ocean - truly gorgeous. Walking distance from Bronte beach and plenty of shops + cafe's, it's the perfect spot for a family wanting to hang out in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. The house has a beautifully renovated kitchen / dining / living area that's been thoughtfully furnished and kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a holiday (or work-from-home). The bedrooms have comfortable beds and aren't cluttered. One thing to note: the bedroom with King bed is at the front of the house, quite a distance from the bathrooms which are both at the back of the house. It's not an en-suite master bed/bath setup. This did not really bother us, but I can imagine it could be problematic for folks who really like privacy with their bedroom/bathroom configuration. There is also plenty of street parking for people who have a car (we did not but I noticed that there was always parking in front).

Lynnette was just the loveliest host! Super accommodating and helpful, thank you Lynnette! The property is gorgeous and comfortable and in the perfect location, walkable to the beach and restaurants. We also had a free street parking space for our hire car which was a huge plus in that location. Lucky the resident cat also gets five stars for being a cutie with a hearty purr!

The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were two families and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were very generous and helpful, configuring the kids room so it suited our teen/tweens, and their local recommendations were great. It’s an easy walk to the beach and not far to walk to coogee either. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back another time.

It was an amazing experience staying at Guy’s place. My family and I enjoyed the house and its surroundings. Just few minutes walking distance from the beach. I would recommend to stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at Nadia’s place. The house is beautifully designed and really spacious but also homely - it’s even better than the pictures. The bathrooms in particular are wonderful. Kitchen is really well equipped and there’s also a choice of bbqs in the garden. The place is really well located - an easy walk to all the action in bondi, not far from the airport, but also on a quiet and peaceful street. Nadia was a great host and really flexible with check in/out times. Great value for money, would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Kingsford was wonderful! The house was in a great location—quiet and residential, yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transport options. It was also conveniently located near UNSW and a short drive to some of Sydney’s best beaches. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect base for our trip. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed 2 families with 2 and 3 kids and fit right in. It’s a well thought our house with ample space and A/C in every bedroom. There is a well equipped kitchen and the outside area in the back isn’t very big but nice both in the morning and evening. There is a very short walk to stores, restaurants, buses and bondi beach. Recommended.

We had a great week in Sydney at Charlotte's beautiful home. The house was very comfortable with tasteful decor. The house was pristine when we arrived and it was very easy to check in. Charlotte provided great instructions about the amenities of the house and gave us great recommendations for the local area. She was very accomodating for all our needs and always quick to respond. I would really recommend Charlotte's rental as a lovely place to stay and explore Sydney from.

Stayed at this lovely place for 6 days with my family. The room is extremely clean and comfortable. All the equipments we need are fully equipped. In addition, the location is very convenient to visit everywhere with a fair price. Perfect living place for family travel!!

It is very close to the sea and it is beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning. The room is large and clean.

Very good accommodation for a big group and close to the city

The house worked perfectly for our family of 10 (3 generations) who were in Sydney for a family reunion. The two floor layout provided lots of room for all of us and space for separation between the different age groups. The location was great - 2 km to Maroubra Beach where the swimming and surfing was fabulous. It is a 5 minute walk to Maroubra Junction shopping area for groceries and all miscellaneous supplies. Access to the other Eastern Suburbs beaches (Bondi, Coogee, Clovelly etc.) was easy but just a bit further than Maroubra Beach. Shania responded promptly to my requests for information. I recommend this house as the perfect location for a large group.
