We were in a pinch, escaping the smoke from the LA Malibu Palisades fires and we had two seniors who had wheelchair walkers and oxygen tank and Betty came to our rescue!! She responded right away and accommodated us right away. The place is senior friendly., wheelchair, friendly and the layout worked well for us. I highly recommend this place. 😃👍🏼

I really love the quiet area, lots of things instead area to do. The host was always when we had questions. Really enjoyed this weekend!

This was a great find. The area was quiet and easy to find The home was equipped with what we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The outside space was a bonus and a great sun trap. The host was really friendly with clear instructions on how to find it. I would definitely consider staying again if I return to the area Thanks for a great stay

My family and I loved the house, very spacious, beautiful backyards. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. My family really enjoyed the massage chair the most, beds were very comfortable. Amazing scenery in the master bedroom, very private very quiet I love being in Rowland heights. Local stores were only around the corner (3-5 minutes away). Very beautiful neighborhood. We’ll be definitely returning in the future

Great place and location! Short walk to grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and other ammenities. The apartment is great and clean, the designated parking spot is a plus. I would book again.

we enjoyed our stay in LA the house. We were a large family group of 14. The house was very clean and spacious. it catered for all our needs. The host Irene was very responsive if having any questions. If on LA with a large group I would definitely go back. l will recommend this place to our friends.

We loved our stay at Roya’s home. First, the home is lovely and is in an amazing area. We loved how walkable it was to coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, etc. The outside patio with the fire pit and the large amount of seating was great. My husband and I were with our 2 daughters (ages 24 and 27) and their spouse and significant other. The 3 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Personally we loved that the lights turned off (only during the daytime and only after 2 hours). Seems like a great way to conserve some energy if they aren’t needed and if they are needed it is easy enough to turn them back on. I would love to have them in our home! We also enjoyed the tile throughout the updated, upscale home. So much easier to keep clean. We found Roya to be very helpful and leave very detailed instructions. We also loved the local art she had on the 2nd floor. It truly is a lovely home in a great area. I recommend it highly and can’t wait to return.

We had a great experience and the home was beautiful . We had ample space for our large party of 12 and very much enjoyed our time here. Andy was very helpful and responsive and went above and beyond in helping us have a memorable stay at his place, Highly recommended!

Great location. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures. The outdoor seating areas are a great place to relax during down time.

This would be the best choice if you want to have a peaceful relaxing moments in LA. Well maintained house with great views and quiet neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and proactive to help with anything I needed.

I fell in love with this place! I even extended it for two days! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The hot tub was fantastic and the sauna was superb! My fiancé and I enjoyed our couple retreat! We were able to cook a full meal and had all we needed to complete the perfect meal! Lastly, everything was so clean, well kept abs smelled great! The beds were super comfy as well! WE WILL BE BACK! We were 5 colleagues on a busiinesstrip and had a great time at this house. Atmosphere, house and garden are wonderful. Also great for cooking and spending time in the huge kitchen (once you find out what is where in the infinite number of drawers :) ). We surely will come back when we'll return to LA.

Adil's home is perfect! I am currently attempting to re-book it for my next trip to the LA area. Communication is top notch. All questions and concerns were answered very quickly! The home is better in person than it appears in the photos!! There were 3 of us in the house for a total of 7 days - at times you thought you were there alone! Beautiful home. Up to date and very nice furnishings. Loved having a lot of space to spread out Huge backyard and nice big driveway. We had a lovely stay with our family for a 1 day visit to Disneyland. The home is so clean. The only negative for us was the master bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom. But as long as you are fine sharing a bathroom with the second bedroom not a big deal. Its a good trade off because it allows for the third bedroom which is en-suite bathroom to sleep more guests which really helped us a lot. In a very nice neighborhood on a quiet cut-de-sac. We would definitely book again for our next Disney visit to Anaheim.

If have to use only one single word to describe my stay, it will be “perfect”. Everything is perfect and staying with Yan’s villa was the best decision I have made for this trip. The room is clean and well prepared, and the host is also very friendly and helpful. “Cookie” is also welcoming us every morning and night. Looking forward to meeting all of you very soon.

We had a great family vacation at this home! With four spacious bedrooms, a pool, game room, and firepit, it comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The house was well maintained and was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Disneyland, beaches, and other major attractions. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Orange County! Thank you!

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

Wonderful stay, shall be back often. Cannot speak more highly of how communicative and kind the host was, and the apartment was beautiful with a view over the ocean and incredibly calm. Exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Thanks for the stay! We had a great time in LA and this was the perfect retreat at the end of each day. The house was clean and had lots of spaces for the kids to play. The backyard area is much larger than pictured. Sabrina was responsive and helpful with anything needed. Highly recommend this Airbnb.
