Shawn was prompt to provide details and answer questions. The home was very comfortable and is walking distance to many amenities in Arrowhead Village. I was in town for work and am looking forward to returning and having the opportunity to stay at this place again.

The rental has a great location- very close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, close to the beach. For the price, it's great space at a convenient location. I love the well-maintained community space and pool. Some negatives: No AC. The unit heats up considerably during the day. No neighborhood street parking without a permit. The garage is nice space for standard sedans or smaller vehicles. It's a challenge for mini-vans and SUVs to park. Noisy due to the unit is next to a busy street.

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Shantelle is an excellent host. She’s always responsive and genuinely cares about making her guests feel like they are her priority. This is our second time staying at the Mouse Pad and it was perfect for our family’s needs. It’s great to have a home where three generations can all stay together in one place, have meals, play games, or watch a show in our downtime. We love how close it is to walk through Downtown Disney or take the tram from the nearby parking structure and go right to the Parks. Having two parking spaces always available was a luxury in itself in Anaheim.

The host, Zimi, was very nice and very quick to solve some questions after check-in. The room is clean and tidy and convenient for use.The location is also good for getting around. Anyway, it was a nice experience.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was very clean and easy to get to. Even with the wildfires going on the unit smelled clean and plenty of space for my friends and I to sleep comfortably. Parking my SUV in the garage was a mission but the host warned about larger sized vehicles and there is ample amount of parking outside the garage. 10/10 would stay again for future trips.

Our stay with Marry was great. We came with our two little ones and we were looking for a nice and relaxing space. This place was perfect because not only does she have toys and all of the amenities we needed, but everything was childproofed or able to be childproofed easily. This made it so that we could really relax and let the kids enjoy themselves, which was so nice! Thank you Marry for providing this space!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dylan’s condo. It was about as close as you can get to Disneyland. We were able to take an uber for about $8. The location was quiet and very well kept. The interior looked just like the photos. It was modern, clean, and clear of clutter. Loved that there was a garage to park in. We would absolutely stay again!! The host was responsive and proactive. Entry was straight forward. We had absolutely no issues during our stay.

Clean and spacious property in a secure gated setting with excellent parking. 10 min walk to cafes and supermarket and pleasant 20/30 min walk to main Pasadena centre. Only a few minutes from freeway ( you can’t hear any noise from it though) for access to other areas. We were pleased with our choice!

The place is clean, safe, and well maintained. The host is very easy to communicate with and provide clear instructions on everything. I highly recommend Yonkon’s place for anyone visiting LA!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for a week. The place is clean and with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. It is walking distance to CalTech and downtown. And it is convenient to reach other areas of LA metro too. Helena is a great host. She is very responsive in communicating with us. We will definitely book again if we visit the area.

My family and I had a fantastic experience! We stayed for Christmas and were happy to see a tree decorated in the front; Ron physically came to check in on us and gave us a small gift that the kids were excited to open! I recommend staying here if you have children, golf, and sushi; we were within walking distance of two fantastic parks and golf courses. If we travel to Long Beach again, we will be booking again! Thanks, Ron!

We are locals and this is one of the best neighborhoods on the East side, it's very close to all the freeways. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, parking was easy, lots of neighborhood shops and eating places. It's also a great neighborhood to go jogging!! The place is super comfortable and the beds are super comfy too. I would book here again.

Very nice home, and lovely couple loved staying here with my husband they were super helpful with everything and very polite responded very quickly and always very nice loved it here 100% recommend definitely coming back soon😁!

Overall it was a perfect stay, the host Loya was very nice and prompt in responding to questions. The most pleasant surprise for me and my family was that the room was equipped with a beautiful white piano, so my daughter was able to practice the piano while on vacation. In addition the house is in a great location with supermarkets and restaurants a short distance away and close to the highway exit, all in all highly recommended!

Great business travel location. Walk to coffee, dinner, and drinks. Uber everywhere else, 15 min from the airport. Lovely space, just like the pics. Head's up, bring an eye-mask, tho! The rooms are quite bright when the sun comes up, and the second bedroom is quite bright all night due to neighbors security lights. Would absolutely stay again! Antonio was particularly helpful and flexible, super responsive. I wish all hosts were as kind.

Amazing, clean home! Love the fact that we got a gate for security and easy access to the garage. The home was easy to find and easy to check in to. Great price for what all that you get. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time here. Great location. Just a short drive to Disneyland, which is the reason for our visit. Place was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable. Giselle was awesome to work with and communicated quickly. Thank you!

we flew to LA for a trip to see the family i was a surrogate for! this place accommodated my family of 5. when an issue presented itself I let the host know and they were quickly responsive to what I said I was doing was fine.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Great place and so close to everything we needed to get to. Lots of room for my family and appreciative that we could do laundry there as well. Thank you for sharing your space with us!!!
