Super stay with everything you need, I have rarely been in such a cozy little homely house that is lovingly furnished down to the last detail. As a guest, you immediately feel welcome and everything has been thought out in advance. Small signs and notes explain what is where and Kati and Stephan are not only super nice but absolute superhosts 🙌🏻 Highlight for me, in addition to Kati's homemade curry to which she invited me, that only 10 minutes away swimming pool so I could do a bit of sports before the fair. I'll be back 😍

I stayed at Barbara and Rudi for 5 months, and they were wonderful hosts. They were very respectful towards me and remarkably kept my privacy. Barbara is very thoughtful and kind. She made me feel welcome and helped me with every request. The only downside about the studio apartment is the lack of a sink in the kitchen. Nevertheless, Barabra was happy to wash the dishes for me. It is very recommended if you're looking for a pleasant home in Erding

Great place, very friendly host. Everything was clean and the room was very cozy. There was a dedicated bathroom as mentioned. The only isue was that my mobile network strength was very poor inside the room. But everything else was fine. Enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here for 2 weeks with my girlfriend, we loved the location, 1 minute from a nice park and a 5 minute walk to any bus or underground services. we felt comfortable during our stay and the room was big enough for two, with a nice clean private shower and bathroom. We also had access to a small fridge which was handy for our drinks and snacks. Annette also cleaned the bathroom and refreshed the towels and shower curtain during our stay which was appreciated.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Everything I needed was there. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Everything was beautiful and the owners were very nice: they left me some typical beers. Highly recommended

Dorsaf and her family were great! Very friendly and responsive if you needed anything. The flexible check in and out was great for us! The home is clean and comfortable and sharing with them was no problem. We had our privacy on the bottom floor and access to our own bathroom. Easy public transportation into center of Munich and a quiet neighborhood to return to in 15 minutes on the S8. Our two night stay was too short. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Munich’s English Garden is lovely- great place for walking and biking. And the beer gardens are everywhere😀

I only wanted to book at short notice because of possible bad weather, as I am arriving by car - Elisabeth responded to my request immediately. I stayed with her for the second time and am extremely satisfied. She is accommodating, the arrangements are clear, she is open and personally committed. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared. I'd love to be her guest again.

We felt very comfortable. The property is located in a very central, but still quiet location in Erding and the spa is easy to reach. Communication with Thomas went smoothly. I will gladly come back.

Ursula and Klaus are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating with regards to the ever-changing, nebulous schedule I presented them with (I really do apologize, sorry). Parking was a bit tricky, but I was given clear instructions and ultimately had no issues, Ursula and Klaus will definitely make sure you're able to find a spot :) What you see in the booking details give a good idea of what it is like in person. It was quite a valuable find! It is a very nice area with a bike path nearby that I walked along a few times, also very nice.

Manuela was very nice, friendly and accommodating. She even made it possible for us to enter the accommodation before the actual check-in time. The property itself is pleasantly quiet and the window of the room faces the garden. The value for money is very good and the Airbnb is definitely recommended!

I had a great stay. Andrea is a great hostess! The room is nicely decorated and quiet. Everything was super clean and in top condition :)

Staying with the host is not something I would normally prefer, but I preferred to stay with confidence in guest comments. We made the perfect choice. My husband and son and I were guests to Sebastian. A super host. We didn't see Sebastian very often in the house after a very warm welcome but he was there when we needed him. The house is very peaceful and has plenty of everything you need. Everything is clean and organized. The location of the house is very good, very close to the markets and restaurants. Two-minute walk to the train station. You can easily reach anywhere in Munich from the train station. The only place we would want to stay the next time we go to Muni. The comfort of both the host and the home was beyond what I expected.

This wonderful accommodation with feel-good character is a dream: wonderfully idyllic and quiet location, an enchanting room, in general everything very stylishly furnished and extremely clean (room, bathroom, kitchen, etc.). And Romana is a friendly and very warm host. I'd love to come back again!

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

Wonderful stay. So comfortable, clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the burger restaurant nearby too!

Super pleasant stay. Chris was super nice and the check-in went smoothly even after spontaneous changes. I'd love to come back :)
