What a great place for our family to stay for the week. We got to visit our daughter at her hall and also cook some of the foods she was missing. It was super close to everything and not a bad price considering its location.

Booked on behalf of my mom and she had nothing but good things to say. Commenting on the cleanliness and how lovely and spacious the apartment is. The host is lovely, very approachable. Would highly recommend and will be doing so with visiting friends and family.

Liz was very helpful from the beginning, from giving clear instructions to lovely recommendations. The house was located in a very quiet beautiful area with not much around within 10 miles, which was exactly what we needed. we felt comfortable and cozy in the house, we loved setting up the fire in the living room and had a nice family time playing games. we drove around the area and we saw some beautiful places and ate amazing food. We definitely recommend the place if you are looking for some quite time away from the business of the big city. thank you Liz and HAPPY NEW YEAR. xx Ioana and family

We had a wondeful weekend in Edinburgh and the apartment did not disappoint. The location is ideal, close enough to the main sites, but still private and quiet. Paul left some essentials in the apartment, which was much appreciated. The apartment felt bigger than on the pictures and had great touches, from original features to modernised fixtures.

Thank you for a great stay everything was 10/10 and we all felt right at home. Will stay again for sure. Close to train station so easy to get around.

Had a fantastic stay. We booked several hours before we checked in, Jo was great at responding and full of local info! The cottage is lovely, well kept, and well equipped. Wow! What can one say except this was truly, truly exceptional in every way. From initial booking to the end of our stay Sheila was the most prefect hostess, providing information and advice in a timely fashion and with enthusiasm. We felt she was a friend before we even met her. And the accommodation! Outstanding is an understatement. Five Star Deluxe. Pristine in its cleanliness, comfortable in the extreme, with every amenity that was required readily available. The location was perfect, especially for golfers being so close to The Old Course - roughly 90 seconds to the 'Home of Golf'. One cannot offer sufficient praise. We will never forget our stay!

My group and I had a lovely time at Mary's place! The caravan is very cozy and is just a short walk to a bus stop that takes you to Edinburgh proper. We loved having easy access to the city while also getting to Escape to a quieter area with such beautiful scenery. Mary is aso incredibly kind and responsive. When my group came up against unforseen circumstances, she was very caring, communicative, and helpful. A wonderful host and sweet place to stay!

Great properly only 10-15 mins away from Waverley station! Our stay was cut short due to the weather disruptions but the hosts were very kind and helpful!
