Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Rainy Lake

Amazing log home!!! Warm and cozy! We were in a polar vortex at -26 regular temperature and the log cabin was very warm. John is a great host.

My family and I had such an incredible stay at Jennifer’s lake house. It was the perfect combination of spacious, cozy, and private for us to spend our Christmas week there. The location and wintry weather had us feeling like we were in a snow globe. The house was even decorated for the season, and had more than enough room for the group we had. Makes me excited for the summer months, as I would absolutely book here again!

What a fun place! After the sauna, the kids jumped in the lake - just like how we did it back in Finland! Terrific kitchen with great appliances. And great sound isolation between basement, main level, and upper bedrooms that allowed some of us to stay up and others to go to bed early to get some sleep for the bike race the next day. It really was the perfect place for our trip.

So glad that we stayed here!! Very family friendly and a perfect place to get away! The home and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Annie and Jake for your hospitality!

Cabin was cozy, had an amazing view of the lake. Housed 2 families with toddler through teenagers no problem for a 4 day weekend.

What a picturesque serene setting right on the water. Easy access to Voyageurs, Ranier and International Falls. Layout of the house was great (split bedrooms) for privacy. Beds were very comfortable. The entire house was spotless. Mark was super responsive in answering questions. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Chris and his wife were tremendous to rent from. I locked the bottom door subconsciously when leaving on my first morning heading out to work and Chris’s wife kindly brought a key to let me in later that night. Chris was very responsive and is a hard working blue collar father. I enjoyed talking about work with him and some of his ideas about what he does for extra income in the side. We really enjoyed staying at Chris’s place! It was a peaceful neighborhood. We didnt have a problem finding the place. and the home was very clean. It had almost all the amenities that you would need (exactly how it was listed). Would recommend for anyone to stay here! :)

Nice location right on main street within walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Quick drive to Giant’s Ridge. Comfortable, clean accommodations with everything you might need. Friendly host that provided very clear and easy instruction. Would definitely visit again.

We decided to try out Crane Lake for our yearly fishing trip; we had a blast!! Emily was a great host! Recommendations on where to get fishing boats from and was very fast to respond to any and all of our questions. The trip up to Kettle Falls was a lot of fun and just amazed how much water there is and how much there is to explore. We stayed for five days and didn’t even make a dent in exploding of all the water, and we were out for 8-10ish hours fishing every day! The house was great! So peaceful and relaxing to sit outside and watch all the bald eagles and other wildlife. The stars are amazing when you have a clear sky. Everyone is so friendly all around the lake. We will definitely make the long trip back up to explore more of the lake and get more fishing time in on the lakes!! Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful experience!! 😊😊

We loved staying at the Aspen Cabin. It was the perfect winter getaway. The place was cozy, comfortable, and very private. We loved watching deer walk by right outside the windows.

Great place to stay if you are fishing red lake

This cabin was so quiet and peaceful! It was right on the water which we enjoyed. We were in process of moving and this was the perfect place to get a little rest in. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee or an evening listening to the water.

Cabin is awesome! Very comfortable! Joshua is a great host! Very responsive. He also checked in on us! Enjoyed this little slice of heaven!

We were very pleased with our stay. The cabin is adorable with plenty of space around it. After reading a few reviews about the train tracks being so close I was a little concerned about safety and noise. Once we arrived I noticed that safety was not an issue as a river (stream) is located between the property and the tracks. The train runs through frequently but it didn't have a negative impact on our stay and we live in the country with no trains. Randy was very pleasant to work with and I can't say enough good things about our stay. it was a perfect fit!

My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. It was such a cute cabin! All the extras that they provided were so nice! Even though we brought our own hair and body wash, they had some for people who might forget. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. The bed was also pretty comfortable! It always sucks when you get terrible sleep on a vacay. Having all of the kitchen pots and pans was so nice since there really isn't anywhere to eat around there. The only thing that I critiqued was that there weren't blinds on all of the windows. especially the sliding door. we are scared city people. haha The snack basket on the kitchen table was such a thoughtful gesture. The really have thought of pretty much everything. We would definitely be back.
