Vacation rentals with a patio in Rains County

Had great time, place was nice, clean and well stocked. Host was responsive and on time. Fishing was great! Looking forward to go back in near future.

Great location in a quiet subdivision. The house was clean with adequate furnishings, but could benefit from some repairs to the back deck, cotton sheets, and higher quality pillows. Though, wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Also, great Wi-Fi speeds for those who need to hop online for work-related business.

Took a few days away to spend time with my husband and son because of some recent family tragedies I wanted to prioritize them and this was the perfect space to have a little family get away! We had the best time The space is beautiful and Shane was beyond helpful and patient with me!

We had a wonderful time here. The setting was gorgeous. Our family fit perfectly and the house had everything we needed. The host quickly responded to our questions and had great recommendations.

Terrific stay. Our place was stocked with everything a person would need. Very thoughtful. View, lakeside seating and firepit were more than we anticipated. Our hosts were so friendly and eager to please. Definitely going back!

This was our second visit, this time with our friends - it was just fantastic as we had last time. The place was clean, cozy and perfect for our group. We will definitely will be back again!

A hidden gem. Look up “The Bunkhouse Emory, Tx” on TikTok for a second look at this place. LeeAnn’s home was beautiful and was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. You are welcomed with a clean aroma as soon as you walk in. The overall interior decoration was spectacular and we put that pool table to use. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, blankets etc for our stay and I liked that she had a few snacks and drinks there too even stocked coffee pods. We walked a bit of the property and got the chance to interact with their turkeys, dogs, and cows. Emory is a small town with not much to do but explore the local food. Either way it was the perfect spot not far from Canton or the lakes. LeeAnn responded quick to any questions we had and was a great host.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay at Lance’s house. Everything was there that we could ever need. Lance is a very nice host and we enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend!!!

Sung's listing was exactly as advertised. Everything was as in the pictures. Sung was very responsive and answered any question I had in a timely manner. Very easy to communicate with. The house is as advertised. I couldn't be happier with the rental. It is very peaceful and beautiful. The private pool was a hit since it is hot in the summers in Texas. They also had a paddle boat and canoe which my kids and their friends enjoyed out in the lake. The town is small but it's cozy and there are stores and restaurants near by. Excellent place for the price and away from city life. There were deer in the morning and evenings out in the yard. Just a beautiful quiet place for family amd friends to hang out. Loved every minute of it. Strongly recommend and we will return. Thank you Sung for your hard work on the house and upkeep.
