Seaside guest cottage (about 20 m2) with large terrace (about 40 m2) on the outskirts of cozy Bovall. About 1 km into the city center. Bathrobe distance to the sea. Bathroom with ladder or beach just below. Close to Smögenbryggan, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Gk and everything else nice in Sotenäs. Large terrace with dining area, barbecue and two relaxation chairs. Completely newly built kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed with room for two. Bedlinen and towels are included. (Not weekends before Midsummer). Cleaning is done by tenant.
