Really wonderful property. It had absolutely everything we needed, including lots of bits that aren’t often included in other properties I’ve stayed in. The hosts have really put every bit of thought & effort into this property. I would 100 % recommend & would stay again. It really was like being home from home. Clean, comfortable, very peaceful, & lots to see & do nearby. Two very happy guests!

Had a wonderful time. When we arrived for our Christmas break the Christmas lights and Christmas tree were twinkling a welcome. There was also Christmas music playing thru the tv. Made us feel very festive! We had an issue with the ovens and Emma was quick visit and to sort it out.

My partner and I had a great stay at Michelle's. The place was really clean, comfortable and in a great location for walking around town. Michelle was a friendly host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Probably the best place we've ever staued in. The layout of the place is really good, and it was smashing to find that the double bedrooms really were double sized, and not just rooms that you could just about fit a double bed in. The situation is sensational, and the garden is laid out so thoughtfully. The kitches is stocked with good quality utensils, and there was plenty of stuff to easily cope with a full Christmas turkey dinner! Really highly recommended.

Kiln Cottage was fantastic - typical North Norfolk property with every amenity you could wish for - Certainly a 'home away from home' Very clean with a wow! first impression. Lawrence provided lots of valuable information about the area which made for a wonderful stay. Would certainly return without a doubt

Perfect little weekend getaway. Cosy caravan in a fantastic location. The little touches of a welcome card & treats for the doggies were really lovely. Hannah was super responsive to any queries. Great host, would highly recommend 😊

Fab little place, had everything you needed and more. Super easy to find, and Laura’s instructions were really helpful and easy to understand. Location was perfect, half an hours walk from Cromer and a stones throw away from East Runton beach. Will definitely be back

I booked this with my partner and 2 other couples for a getaway. The house was absolutely amazing and beautiful. So much space between us all, didn’t feel like we were cramped at all. The hot tub and the outdoor fire pit was incredible and truly felt like something I dreamed of. The hosts were really helpful, messaged us in the morning to check the temperature in the house was okay. The hosts left us a little goodies tray and a bottle of Prosecco which was very generous and kind. The house is located perfectly, it is a 3 minute walk down to the beach where it’s a beauty to walk down especially with a dog. Couldn’t recommend this air B n B enough to anyone thinking of booking it. Me and my friends will definitely be returning.

Immaculately clean (and I clean houses for a living) and well appointed property. Well stocked kitchen with tea/coffee/sugar available on arrival. Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were super comfy and towels provided. If you have younger children, there is everything you need, travel cot, highchair, box of toys. Position is lovely over looking the harbour with a 5 min walk to the beach and plenty of parking. It is however a modern terrace and so noise from neighbours is heard easily, even just walking up and down stairs. Thought it worth mentioning in case you wanted a super quiet escape. Also the configuration of the rooms didn’t work so well for us so thought it worth mentioning. The shower room/toilet is off the dining room/3rd bedroom. So if using this as a bedroom as we did for my 16 year old the shower room is inaccessible if they are still sleeping. The 2nd toilet is on the 2nd floor and bath in the bedroom as shown. Would t stop us staying again but good to know

We spend our New Year’s Eve At Lees place regularly because family are near by and because it’s always brilliant, beautiful, clean, welcoming, comfortable had excellent facilities. We have booked already to come back! Thank you xxxx

Saffron cottage was a delight, the location was perfect and the town a complete delight, very warm and cosy, and we all relaxed and enjoyed the stay. I would highly recommend staying here, the information booklet was very interesting and a nice bit about the history of the cottage.

Had such a relaxing peaceful long weekend. House was immaculately clean, and much bigger than expected, but still felt cosy. Dogs love the large garden, and they settled really quickly too. Definitely will book again.
