We had a nice stay at this rustic property. The space had character and was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant and unique experience. Carolina and Pedro were wonderful - they were responsive to our needs with a baby, and always available, kind, and lovely to deal with. The location is excellent with quick access to the highway and a grocery store nearby. The fact that you have easy access to a gated parking spot is a huge plus.

We had a cozy stay at Maria's place, despite the generally bad weather. It really was a haven. Warm, quiet, nice kitchen, and a good home base for exploring the island by car (complete with off-street parking, a luxury in Santo António). Maria is kind and welcoming. We'd love to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay here in the Azores. The house is very comfortable and had all the amenities that we could want. The area is peaceful and only a short drive to the coast. Locally there are a couple of restaurants and a convenience store with a supermarket 5 minutes away in the car. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing house with 3 bedrooms and perfect location with a direct view of the ocean. Would love to be back! Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. All descriptions were accurate.

We had a wonderful stay at Jose's. We were two families, four young kids and it was the perfect setup for us. We liked the location, as it wasn't downtown so it was quiet and had a good backyard for the kids, a pool, and a beautiful view! It was also easy to get to other parts of the island from. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook in. After being at the house for 5 days, a crew came and changed the linens and cleaned the house! We mostly communicated with Tomas, who checked us in and Joana. Both were lovely and very helpful! They were also extremely accommodating with check in/check-out! We were able to check in early which was critical for the kids after a redeye and they let us check out later than the normal check-out time. We highly recommend this house for future guest!

Amazing place. So relaxing and peaceful with a wonderful view. Everything we needed and more. Huge plus was the washer/dryer being that our luggage didn’t make it here with us. Would definitely stay here again. Great value!

The house and garden are lovingly maintained and beautiful. Helena+ Felix were perfect hosts and pampered us with homemade cakes, fresh fruit, etc. I would like to award more than 5 points.

My family and I stayed for a week, they left and then friends joined me for a week - so 2 weeks in all. The pool was cool (it was january) but some did try. The hot tub was fabulous and was enjoyed by everyone. The house is spacious and perfectly clean and tidy with good supplies. The owners and the cleaning service were very helpful and responsive to any messages which was appreciated. The island is wonderful and we loved everywhere we visited.

I've stayed in hundreds of airbnbs and this was definitely one of the best. Even though it was just two of us, there was plenty of room for much larger groups. The apartment is centrally located and less than a 10 minute walk to the town and the beach. We had no issues finding parking in front of the apartment. The wifi worked great (~136Mbps) for two digital nomads that needed to have reliable internet. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ponta Delgada

Helena was super friendly and helpful host. There is a nice view on the ocean and perfect central location, all parts of the island are reachable within 60-70min

Beautiful place, much bigger than the pictures make it seem. We were 4 single travellers and it was perfect for us. Ana couldn’t have been more helpful

This place was great! It was walkable to the main square with lots of restaurants along the way and in walking distance. The place was spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The bathrooms were clean and big. We had some issues using the dryer of the washer/dryer- host was responsive- but it did not work well so we used drying rack. Kitchen had all amenities. Of note, there are 10-12 stairs in the entry way and stairs to the second floor. Host was great about sending us things to do in the area. Great location!

house organized into two connected apartments (one on each floor) so two kitchens two dining room lounges... fully equipped accommodation and with everything that may need to be hygiene products products cleaning a few foodstuffs that helped us well during our late arrival, beach towels available... it feels good. very comfortable bedding. we had a wonderful stay. thank you for your kindness your attention and communication.

What an amazing location for a stay in the Sao Miguel island. Extremely conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the PDL airport. Lots of parking available and even a garage for smaller vehicles (we had an SUV so it was a bit too big to fit). The neighborhood is up on a hill and very peaceful so you will get the best sleep while you're here. Even though we were in the Azores for the "off-season" the roof top patio is perfectly located that you get full sun all from sunrise to sunset and was a great place to relax throughout the day. The team managing the property are wonderful and extremely responsive, with numerous suggestions and helped our group set-up some much needed spa time while we were here. The home is exactly like the pictures look, but the photos don't do it justice for how spacious it is. Great spot and would happily stay again!

The views from the balcony are stunning, and the place is comfortable. We did have issues with having to re-set the electrical breaker quite a few times , and the wi-fi was transmitting to the 'guest house" so we alerted the management. The home is on a tricky, curvy road around a blind curve so be aware of that. The town is quite small and the 2 restaurants were closed off-season so we drove to nearby villages each day, so take that into consideration, depending on when you are traveling. One more house thing is that if you're traveling with young children, or you like to watch TV, be aware that the TV is in an awkward place (in the kitchen, where there's no real place to sit and watch from that vantage point) so if watching a show is your preference, this isn't a good option. Otherwise, you'll find the couches to be comfy facing the views outside which is lovely.

Beautiful place, much bigger than it looks in the photos. Well presented with a wonderful garden space overlooking the coast. Nice easy access, Lomba da Fazenda is the last roundabout on the EN1-1A heading eastbound. Then a short few minutes into the countryside, for the peace and quite the property provides. There's a Casa Cheia (shop) in the village for food and house supplies should you need any Communication was good, and check in was easy. Really enjoy my time there

The apartment is truly characteristic. Parking is easy to find. It is close to a small mini market but in case of a very useful need. Top!

The Blue cottage offers a real azorean experience settled within the neighborhood of a small village. The house is beautiful, well restored while maintaining its original charm. Lots of space in the bathroom, shelves, hooks, etc. The garden is spectacular! While the town center is only 1 mile away, logistically is difficult to walk therefore a car is needed. The hosts are wonderful. Florbela is the most helpful and responsive host I’ve encountered.

We felt very comfortable at the place. The entire place is very spacious, tastefully decorated. We cooked extensively over the New Year and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for this. The location is wonderful for excursions all over the island. Places such as Furnas, Sete Cidades or Nordeste are easily accessible by car. Filomena & Miguel are great hosts and welcomed us very warmly. Both were available and helpful with questions. Thank you for the great hospitality, we will definitely be back:)

Very nice house, clean, well-equipped and maintained. The outdoor spaces (large terrace on the west side with barbecue, same on the north side with an extraordinary sea view, garden...) are EXCEPTIONAL. The contact with our hosts was perfect, although the access process could have fewer steps.

Nice house with all the necessary stuff. Nice covered terrace with beautiful views (unfortunately no passing whales, but dolphins). Lovely to sit there. Contact with the owner goes well. Quick response. "Problems" (TV not working, broken laundry rack) are quickly resolved. The house is centrally located so all the sights are not far away. Restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the village itself. Water shoes are recommended for the nearby beach. Repeatable.
