Sukoon was a very responsive host and had lots of recommendations on local things to check out. The place itself is very beautiful and has everything a guest could need.

Had a wonderful stay. The villa itself is beautiful, and the view on both sides (sea view and mountain view) was breathtaking. There are 2 sea-view master bedrooms and 2 mountain facing bedrooms and one room in the basement, ample space for a large group. The living room is huge too. There's a small beach is very close to the villa too. The small pool was well-maintained, it was heated so had a good time in-spite of the cool winter breeze running through the villa. The kitchen in the basement was well-equipped. Overall had a wonderful time. Host and the villa caretaker was very helpful and available throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy place with beautiful view

The villa is as the description. Bright, modern and clean. Fully furnished with everything you need. Very well maintained neighborhood. Quartier restaurants, bars and beach within walking distance. We had 50 minutes to Muscat center, but the way to Muscat is very pleasant and very interesting from nature. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you 🙏🏼

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naseer’s place. The location is fantastic—convenient, with access to the pool, walking distance to one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen, and right by the walkway and waterfront. Our kids absolutely loved it! Naseer is an excellent host, always ready to respond and answer questions, even late in the evening. Five stars all the way!

We were very happy to stay at Charlotte's place, which was exactly what we searched for: perfect location to see everything important in Muskat and close to the beach. Charlotte really supported us as we could leave our luggage until making our way back to the airport in the afternoon.

Abu Hamid was fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The caravan itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was a real highlight for us, with plenty of comfortable seating and a view of the sea that was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours outside, relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location right by the sea and close to Bimmah Sinkhole and Wadi Shab and Tiwi made it even more special. This stay exceeded all our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return someday!

Talal is a great host. He gave detailed description for check-in. Also, helped about the neighborhood. Place was neat and clean with all the required cookware and toiletries. We felt home while staying at his place.
