Perfect residence to visit with children and in general as a family. The patio is very spacious, the court is in super good condition, the pool is exquisite, there is a ping pong table, table soccer, board games, etc. There's of stuff to do. There are several grills too, very convenient for barbecues. The bedroom area is older than the exterior construction, but it is comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms outside and 2 inside the house, only one with a shower. Alejandra is a delight, kind and willing to solve any difficulty. Her kindness and concern are a very good complement to this accommodation. Thank you very much! Paulina.

We spent wonderful days, the hosts and their team were very attentive. The place is much nicer in person than in photos, everything is impeccable, beautiful places, very attractive coastal area. The place has a very well-kept environment, you can walk. I went with my partner, children and my parents (seniors) and it is an ideal place to be at peace. A wonderful experience, I recommend everything without a doubt, you wouldn't imagine that in that area, you can find a place to rest and spend nice days. The really cozy house, Luis has everything for a comfortable stay, from the sheets and towels to board games and toys for the kids to take to the beach. It is in our preferred sector of Maitencillo at the front of a beach with few waves and few people. We went with two 90 year old grandparents and two children under 5 and the house worked perfect for everyone. Luis very nice and concerned that everything went well. 100% recommended!

An excellent experience! Our stay at Rosita's house was just perfect. From the beginning, we felt right at home. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, and even more beautiful in person. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well kept. The location is ideal: close to everything we needed, but quiet enough to rest. In addition, Rosita and her daughter were very attentive and kind, always ready to help us with any questions. The details did not go unnoticed: We were greeted with some chocolates and a bottle of wine (amazing). We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be back! Excellent hosts, both she and her husband, very friendly, they respond very quickly too. The house is great, comfortable, with everything you need and more, to have a good and comfortable stay, it is practically next to the hotel and Mae restaurant, next to a mini-market, in front of a cafe and meters from the beach. In addition, the supermarket is 6 minutes away by car.

A perfect stay! Our experience in this house was simply exceptional. Everything was even better than the photos. There are now cushions on the stoves and pool seats, making the outdoor areas even more welcoming. In addition, the terrace has a fully equipped shed, ideal to enjoy at any time of day. The house is beautiful, comfortable and was impeccably clean upon arrival. Every corner is well thought out for rest and comfort. The garden is a true oasis, with beautiful vegetation that provides a lot of tranquility. Leonardo was an amazing host, always available for any questions and making sure our stay was perfect. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended!
