this time we went with some friends in total 8 and we were really surprised by the house, very nice in every aspect, saying something negative about the house or Mr. Ivan is impossible... 100% recommended to go with family or a group of bikers.

Thanks Ana and Pablo! The house is very nice, I loved the decoration, as well as being spacious and comfortable. It is located in a secure condominium and with a green area for walking. It's a great place for those of us who have perrhijo because there are green areas to take it out for a walk. Communication is a plus because they are always attentive to answer questions quickly. It is also appreciated that they have quite a few ponchos to pass the cold. We had a good rest, it's a good place to come back!

The house is very good and convenient, location is nice and quiet, far from the center , 10 minutes by car to some main malls. the only problem we had is with a very sensitive neighbor that complained about noise few times even though we were very quiet and went to sleep very early. the host was very friendly and answered our needs quickly

Karen was always attentive, she explained the location well, the rules, she supported us from before booking, the place very nice and cozy.

Very nice place, tidy and clean. It was quite cold in Quetzaltenango that night and the beds had quite a few very welcoming ponchos.

The stay was great although there is just a bit of noise from the street. It wasn’t enough to keep me up or anything but is something to note if you’re a particularly light sleeper.

Excellent service, the place, despite being on the shore of the public street, it is safe and super private. You enter. Exit and no one controls you or anything on the day I arrive. If it costs me to find the place, but after being hosted, it was super easy to get around

My companions and I enjoyed the stay in the apartment, and the host was always available to answer our questions. One option to come back :)

Nefrita is really a sweetheart. I was sick for a lot of my stay but she was very accommodating. The location sucks but that is not her fault. Lots of construction which my lungs were not liking. But Nefrita and her family were so kind. Her little dogs are amazing as well.

Excellent option to stay in Xela, a very cozy, comfortable place and is the same as in the photos, therefore there will be no unpleasant surprises when entering the place. Highly recommended
