Cosy Loft with Amazing Terrace & Spectacular Views

We had a delightful stay in Primer Puente's Attico. Check in instructions were clear and we were given helpful advice on transport on arriving from the train station and departing from the bus station. The host kindly allowed us a later check out time to accommodate our travel plans. The loft could not be more central in location. Easy walking distance to all the sights, including the Alhambra. Do make sure you have good footwear for steep sreets! Hammams, tavernas, restaurants of all varieties are at your doorstep. The apartment itself is comfortable with a full kitchen and doors that open to the glorious rooftop terrace. The church bells will welcome you to the morning. The spacious lounges provide the perfect place to enjoy the afternoon sun (we visited in early Spring) and and watch the evening descend on the rooftops. The standout feature is the deep clawed bath after a day of trekking up and down the hills.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious home. Amazing host, will not hesitate to reach out to Javier for my next stay in Granada. My family had a blast! There were 22 of us and everyone had their own space and privacy. Loved loved loved it!!! Thank you Javier for everything!

We stayed in Amelias House for Hugh altitude cycling training and this House was a great set up for our Group. Very homely and cozy. A rich selection of accessories and necessities, everything you need. The house was nice, warm and clean and you had everything there. They brought us an extra radiator and that was really nice. The beds have great mattresses, only the bunk bed was a little wobbly😂 The owner is friendly. The only thing we would appreciate not the gate ( closing ramp) to be closed all the time as we were moving a lot wirh our cars and not many cars required to park there. I would rate it as super good.

A few friends we chose Leandro's apartment to stay for a few days and we came back enchanted. Leandro super attentive from minute 1, he answered all our doubts right away, he also gave us many recommendations from the area. The apartment was hot as soon as you arrive and super clean and the location is excellent, next to the slopes. I also class with him since he facilitated both the rental and the classes and was a real pleasure, a great professional. Thank you very much for everything and we will be back for sure!

What a perfect location! We walked all over Granada (Alhambra, Cathedral and so much more) from here - very easy and it’s basically RIGHT on the outskirts of the old quarter. Check in easy. For anyone taking a car, it’s easy to get in/out of the city as you are about 3 turns from the main highway. When we arrived, we parked directly below the building in a free parking garage (you can’t miss the big green sign). We then walked up and met Pedro right at the big red doors. He let us in, showed us around, and then helped us move our car into the (attached) private parking spot. We left and came back in without a problem to go hiking in the Sierra Nevada - and when we left, we moved the car back into the public parking spot, dropped the keys in the apartment (you needed the keys to access the private spot) and then left. Very easy! The terrace spot is private, the beds comfy, and basically provided. Don’t hesitate to book here - it exceeded our expectations.

From start to finish, my husband and I were very pleased with the booking. We were warmly welcomed, everything was shown and explained to us and there were even recommendations for the stay. The location is unbeatable, especially in combination with the garage parking space. The only disruptive factor was the loud door to the staircase right next to the apartment, but the hostess can't do anything about that. We would book the place again anytime.

This would have to be the most beautiful abnb I have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and Rodrigo was very friendly and positive. It was a great pleasure to look out the window and see the mountains. Very private and quiet.

I would have paid more - one of the top 5 Airbnb I’ve been in over 100 and I take my time to really find the incredible ones. The host had the best communication I’ve had, the view was a 11/10 and the place felt like an appartement for family with absolutely everything thought out well and with top quality of équipement. Only thing that makes me sad is that we only stayed a week. You need a car and it’s well placed to visit so much in the surrounding region and discover Jaen, Cordoba and Granada regions and many villages between.

The location of the Cortijo is ideal, in a quiet area of the village but at the same time with the proximity to Granada (about 20 minutes by car). The house is tastefully decorated, it is very spacious, both the living room, dining room, rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for going to spend a few days with family or friends. In our case, we really enjoyed the fireplace (although the house was warm from the time of our arrival) and the barbecue. It also struck us to be able to feed the chickens in the morning and pick up fresh eggs. We would definitely recommend this house, not only in winter, but also in summer, for those who want to enjoy the large outdoor area that has a swimming pool and its hammocks, a basketball court and a very spacious porch, among other facilities. And thank you Josué for your attention, it's a great affitrion!

The apartment is really comfortable and nice, with well-maintained outdoor areas and all the necessary basics in bathroom and kitchen, as well as welcome details. It is not a tourist area or especially beautiful, but it is quiet, and Granada is pleasant to walk, you reach the center in about 20-25 minutes. Also, the public transport works very well and the apartment is very well connected. Ideal if you come for work, but also to get to know Granada. Alberto is very attentive, always responds immediately, and tries to solve any problem or need you have. I would definitely repeat again.
