This place really has a great view. You can see some of Sintras amazing castles from the back yard ( if its not foggy, which is common in this area). The location is very peaceful, great running trails ( lots of hills) and a functional grill. If you have a car it’s always parking available on the street. The house had everything we needed and would definitely come back if we would stay in Sintra again.

This house has been remodeled-very nice. Beautiful kitchen. Close to the market and many restaurants. Walkable to the major attractions. Having a parking spot at the house was very helpful. The outside areas to sit around the house are very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Patricia's place and felt just like home. Super comfortable and thoughtful equipped place and the kindest host. Highly recommended!

This flat was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The host was exceptional—super helpful during the check-in, kind, and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

The apartment was ideal for our needs. Small ,easy , very clean, close to the beach and natural environment . Our second time staying here. We enjoyed the walks along the amazing coastline and meals in the fantastic restaurants on the beach . Beautiful for a short break , the apartment had everything we needed including a couple of beach towels thank you .Lots of Decaf coffee pods for me ! Thank you .The pellet fire was lovely for a January evening whilst relaxing and reading our books . Very easy to recommend. Thank you

We loved staying at Vanessa's place - it was a very peaceful spot to rest and relax in for a few nights in Lisbon! The terrace is spectacular and has a beautiful view overlooking the river - in nice weather, it's perfect to spend time with friends and enjoy a glass of wine. If you're with a group, you may fight over who gets to stay in the master bedroom, but everyone was comfortable in their beds. We had a little bit of trouble finding the place at first (I think just a small typo in the address) and then locating which apartment (look for the piano on the landing!), but Vanessa responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating in allowing us to drop off our bags before check-in time. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked, and the neighborhood is great - much more of a local feel, away from the touristy areas. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Apartment with lots of space located a 15-minute walk from Sintra’s historic city center. Free parking was a plus. Alexandra is super friendly, responded quickly, and she made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great property that fit our needs perfectly. Property was as advertised. Luis, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. The pre-stay experience was also good as everyone on the CadenzaLux team was helpful. The property location puts Estoril and Cascais at your fingertips. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place! For a family of four it was the perfect size and in a fabulous location close to everything. Check in was smooth and the apartment had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

In a word: perfect. Lydia arranged the accommodation for our 3 children to sleep in the same room by freeing up the living room. Very comfortable accommodation and adapted to our needs and desires. Outside Lisbon, close to the sea, very well equipped! We even had a barbecue on December 31st! A big thank you to Lydia who answered our calls and questions! A tip: it's best to have a car in low season for shopping and getting around (beach, sightseeing, activities outside the residence).

Perfect house for a family and friends. Very close to central Lisbon and the beach. Tristan and the housekeeper always responded promptly to my questions. Strongly recommend staying at this house when visiting Lisbon with your family or friends.

For anyone that enjoys beautiful views and being surrounded by birdsong and nature, this place is a treasure. We really loved our stay and João and his family were super attentive and helpful. The New Years Eve dinner we asked them to prepare was delicious and the table setting was lovely. Very much worth the 5 star review. It may be useful to know you do need to bring your own shower gels, shampoos etc and things like olive oil and salt and pepper!

Was a very nice place to stay and ideal for two families

We had a wonderful stay at this modern and spacious house, perfect for a large family like ours. All the rooms were of equal size, with fantastic bathrooms and a beautiful view that really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The house was well-equipped, and the team managing the property was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning. While it wasn’t an issue for us in October, it might be uncomfortable during the summer. I would suggest adding electric devices for mosquitos, as it would enhance the experience even more. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this house!

This home is paradise on earth and Manuel was the most gracious air and b host I have ever meet! Pictures do not do this property justice, if you have the opportunity to stay here…give yourself the gift of feeling the majestic presence of nature!

Great location, very nice hosts, beautiful garden and a cozy little cottage with a lovely barbecue place. Close to the forest for nice walks. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.

our family of 11 adults had an amazing stay. Top highlights include the padel court and the fireplace in the massive great room. There was so much to do on the property and it was close to the beach and Sintra. We loved this location. Elisa was a fabulous host and brought us fresh bread.
