We spent wonderful days at Beatriz's place. The house is beautiful and the place amazing. The staff of the house are excellent and made us feel at home. Beatriz served us very well and was super flexible. We'll be back!

Osman was a great host, we had an issue in our stay and he promptly proposed a solution and solved it effectively. Refúgio lives up to the name, a reserved place, with a very beautiful space, well taken care of, with trails to waterfalls, which are beautiful and allow a connection with nature. Spending the day listening to the sound of the waterfall is an excellent experience. Finally, we thank Osman for the stay and kindness with us and our doguinhos, making great recommendations for pizzas, dulce de leche (maragilhoso) and cheeses from the region. We recommend!

Our stay was wonderful!!! Our group was 13 couples + children, all accommodated individually in suites. From the first contact before even formalizing the reservation all my questions were clarified by Leila, who was always super attentive. After booking, our communication was even better, exchanging messages about room distribution and details about kitchen utensils, the best way to arrive and tips even from a cook to support meals, as it is a large group. The space is unique, simply PERFECT for groups who want to get together and share a time of relaxation and contemplation, many options on the property itself, horseback riding, private waterfall and plenty of space for children. I read a previous comment that does not match reality at all. We've had many other encounters, but the castle was definitely the best venue, with the best structure to accommodate everyone in comfort. Very thoughtful owner

The stay already starts great with the very clear and thoughtful instructions that Cláudia forwards. A complete PDF and very clear and kind communication. Access to the house is tranquil even with rain and the area itself is more beautiful than in the photos! The very large space around the house is all with fence, which was great because we went with 2 dogs. Claudia, Ivan and the 3 dogs of the house are sympathetic. We feel very good in the company of the 5 hosts. We're already scheduling a response.

Wonderful place to spend as a family!!! Access by dirt road with sections of mud, as we got a lot of rain we had a bit of difficulties, but with a lot of help from Daniely and Odair we arrived quietly on the spot! The space is IMPECCABLE, very tasty with guaranteed fun for the whole family! The view is beautiful. hosts are extremely attentive, concerned, have given us the support for everything and have always resolved the dots quickly.

Very nice house, fully equipped. Location in the middle of the mountain forest and with two waterfalls in the backyard of the house, sensational.

The chalet is of a unique refinement and located in a piece of lush forest at the foot of the Serra da Mantiqueira, with a stream of plenty of crystal clear water and several options of wells for invigorating baths. It is a beautiful view, not exactly as presented in the photos, as it is difficult, or almost impossible to describe such a beautiful place through images, as it is much better than described. Very well equipped and furnished, provides all the comfort to those looking for quiet and privacy. Although located 12 kilometers from the city, it has internet. The number of birds and birds is impressive. We share the surroundings of the house with Jacus, saracuras, seriemas, hummingbirds, canaries and other birds that we do not identify. Patrícia was very friendly and helpful. The family liked it very much and there is no way not to return.
