Great location, especially for SARATOGA RACE TRACK. the place was clean and well maintained. They even left a basket of snacks and some sparkling water for us. Very thoughtful.

This home was exactly what I was looking for. The home is perfect size for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Perfect location for our family from the “country” it was in the perfect location with a cute little store within walking distance if needed. Everything was as described. We will be back in the summer and yearly for the winter carnival. Thank you for all the recommendations as well.

This is our second annual visit to the Bumble Bear Inn. We love all the TVs and WiFi but especially the game room! Kitchen is well-stocked and morning coffee in the sunroom is very relaxing. Great place to visit in the winter! Kim and Cameron are very responsive and great!

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

We stayed here for an extended family gathering. It was the perfect spot! It was set up so well for a big group and easy walking distance to things in town. Everyone kept commenting on the house all weekend and how perfect it was. The host was incredibly responsive and kind! I would highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Katelyn’s home and the location of this Airbnb TRULY cannot be beat!! We could not have asked for a better location, better amenities, check in/out experience, and communication with the host. Every touch was so thoughtful - we so appreciate the step stool in the bathroom for our toddler! Highly recommend!!

This was the ideal rental for what I needed. I was traveling solo to visit my son at college. I was out and about more than I was inside, so it was the perfect place to crash at the end of the day. Close to down town and close to the college :). I would definitely consider renting from Kerri again.

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

Dan was very accommodating and the property was beautiful. We for sure will be staying again in the future. If your thinking about booking a stay stop thinking about it and do it!

Jake made this stay very nice! He is a great host. The apartment was clean , lots of room and nice amenities! You can walk to a great pub and down town Saratoga easily.

This was a five star Airbnb experience from start to finish! Communication was amazing and the hosts were flexible with letting us get in a little bit early. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and very relaxing. They had every amenity you could think of including night lights to make it easy to get around at night and choices of coffee And all the little touches that make you feel at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room stayed nice and dark with their shades. We were visiting our daughter at Skidmore and look forward to coming back again and staying at this lovely place. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

Kris’s place was adorable and clean. It would be so beautiful in the summer, but we enjoyed the hot tub spa and fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Beautiful views from the loft bedroom!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and very clean. It's location is central to Saratoga Springs, and right on Broadway, everything was within a short walk away. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you ever visit Saratoga Springs

This is our third time at Nick & Lynn’s! There is plenty of space to spread out, cook, dine, watch tv together and enjoy the incredible view and serenity of Saratoga Lake. Yes, will return!
