We really enjoyed our extended stay at Alexandra's place. The house is comfortable and the area is nice. Host was also super responsive and very kind.

We have stayed here a number of times and absolutely love the property and its surroundings. The hosts are always so communicative and helpful.

This was our fourth stay at the Blue House, and we’ll definitely be back again. Judy and her family are, without a doubt, the nicest hosts we’ve ever stayed with. The home is so peaceful, surrounded by wildlife all day long. Watching deer wander by, spotting foxes and eagles flying over—all while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit—makes for such a perfect, tranquil getaway. We love exploring new things in the area each time we visit, and Waverly is truly starting to feel like our home away from home. We keep talking about coming back during the summer to spend more time on the river, and we’re determined to make it happen soon!

We were originally booked in the Vintage View Suite. Karen asked us to change suites . After we accepted the change, we were moved to the Chapel View Suite, We had stayed in Vintage View before, and we were very comfortable there. The Chapel View Suite is really nice, spacious, comfortable, and modern. Loved it. Easy walk to a great coffee shop, couple of blocks away. But there is a full kitchen in the suite if you prefer that. We would definitely stay again!

Kathleen's mid-century modern house was very clean and worked great for our Thanksgiving gathering. My wife and I, along with my son and his wife, plus my 85 year old father stayed in the house. The house felt spacious and accommodated us well. Great having a full size washer and dryer along with full size kitchen appliances. For Thanksgiving day, my daughters joined and again, the space worked great for a meal with 8 people and a service dog. Check in was a breeze. Kitchen worked great for preparing meals. We were a little concerned about multiple levels with my 85 year old dad, but it was just 3 steps down from the main living space to the bedrooms and bathroom, so no issues for us. Ice maker in frig worked great. Covered car parking was very nice. Nice big open entry way, den and dining room gave plenty of room. Towels and linens were all good. Kathleen takes great care of her place. Also, no crazy cleaning expectation at check out. Great Stay.

This home was the perfect little weekend getaway! It was much bigger than the outside would have led us to believe, and more than comfortably fit the four of us. The home was well furnished, extremely clean, and well worth the price. Roy was also responsive when we had questions, which was much appreciated. We would gladly stay here again!

I'm sure you'll love it! it's fairly spacious for what it is, it has all the basics! More pro's at the end. Just a few heads up points: - it's a loft on top of a garage, behind someone's house, so you can't see the house number from the north west, & be prepared for stairs! - the numbers on the key lockbox are difficult to read & you'll want to open the box slowly (the key ended up flipping into the snow downstairs & I had to fish it out at night) - they prefer you pack slippers & be prepared to do some of the housekeeping yourself before checkout (to save time so the next people can check in earlier) - they don't decorate for the holidays & there's a bison skull that scared my child (the host was cool with me covering it with a towel during my stay) BUT it's a private place with trees around, in a quiet neighborhood, with a recliner full kitchen, 3/4 bath (I bathed my kid in the large sink), free shampoo etc to use, good hot water, laundry machines, blackout curtains in the bedroom!

We had a great girls’ weekend here. The layout is perfect for a big group: a wide-open living room/kitchen, comfortable beds, and another living room space downstairs. The house was immaculate and had every thing you might need. We’ll be back!

This was the perfect, pet-friendly place to stay during a visit to Marion. I appreciated having a garage to use in the cold weather.

We were in the area for a family event. We were 8 minutes away from our event staying here. This home was very comfortable and cozy. Had lots of space for my family and I. We enjoyed that the home had lots of board games to help keep us entertained. The home was just as pictured and was perfect for our families needs. We we enjoyed our stay and will come back when we are back in the area. I definitely recommend.

This is the 3rd time we have sayed at Kim's place, and we will book again the next time we need a place to stay in Cedar Falls with a larger group. We love the kitchen/dining room area for gathering together.
