Beautiful place to stay. Feeling at home. Great attention to detail. Large spaces both in the living area on the ground floor and in the living room on the second floor. Having one bedroom on the second floor and two on the ground floor with respective bathrooms allows, even if you want, privacy in the case of two families or parents/ children. Very pleasant garden with a very pleasant pool after a day dedicated to the wonders of Rome easily accessible by the train that leads to Piazzale Flaminio. On the stad between the house and the train, a great supermarket for shopping that combined with the delights offered from the garden allowed us to have very pleasant dinners under the pergola equipped with table, chairs and lighting. Ability to also relax with ping pong and soccer. Thank you Lucia for the beautiful stay that we hope to repeat with our children too.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Awesome villa outside of Rome… a great deal of very good restaurants five minutes away. Getting into Rome takes 30 minutes to an hour, but worth it to be able to stay in a peaceful setting

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Superb property, a few steps from the Vatican, a few steps from the metro (2 minutes) you can easily reach the heart of Rome. You are also within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The accommodation is perfect with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days in Rome, a small well-equipped kitchen that allows you to cook meals. The residence is secured by a gate, you will then enter a courtyard with some outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun. The accommodation is very clean, tasteful decoration. With nice touches. We recommend it without any hesitation. Baraba is a superb host who guides you throughout your stay, she is very responsive. Thank you for this beautiful place. The second coin in the fountain means returning to Rome one day. And if we return to Rome without any hesitation we will book with Baraba 🥰🫶

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

We were in Rome for an extended weekend. We didn't arrive until 7 PM, but that wasn't a problem as you could easily communicate with the host. The property is easily accessible from the train station and you can walk to the Colosseum in half an hour. The apartment was clean and tidy. We were very pleased!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We had a very pleasant stay. Daniela was very helpful and allowed us to leave the house after check-out time. The house was super clean, well cared for and furnished, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Indoor parking is also available. Roads in the area improved dramatically after the recent Ryder Cup golf championship, which took place on the golf courses near the house. The house also has a nice terrace, furnished with table and chairs, perfect for being used in the hottest months.

Fabio has created a wonderful home in Rome, fitting the description of a little eden. The location was well connected via metro, and accommodation was a private lodging with a beautiful shared patio. our unsociable arrival and leaving times were catered for, and our run-ins with fabio were always pleasant. it would be our privilege to stay again!
