Villa vacation rentals in Quan 9

Its a very good place to stay in HCMC. I travelled as a family of 4 with 2 toddlers. its spacious and and clean. Loved staying here... As a negative, had an issue with checking at 3pm. We got there and was told that the place was not ready as the previous tenant checked out late due to medical emergency. If it was communicated earlier, we would of looked pass it. However, travelling with toddlers, it was hard because we needed the apartment for their nap time etc... On the plus side, Duc and Thao was apologetic and made up for it with their hospitality during our stay. Good work! I would recommend this place when visiting this city.

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Nice, private and spacious. Love the rooftop! Host is friendly and accommodating. We have a great time there. Thank you!

the price is very ok with what is received. the host is friendly and enthusiastic. the house is very large and open, full of basic kitchen utensils, including karaoke to party. a bit far from the city center but well worth it in return. will come back sometime

If you're going to choose a pool villa, I recommend it here. The location is nice and the facilities are clean. The host is friendly Don't forget to pay a security deposit I want to go again next time.

We rented the villa to host a Halloween party with 100 people. We had an absolute blast. Unfortunately we made too much noise, apologies for that. Everybody who was there absolutely loved the villa.

Nancy was a great host and was always responsive. The house was clean and matched the description. The location was good with access to street food and some restaurants/coffee shops nearby. The pool and sauna were good extras to have especially after a long day sightseeing in the city. One thing do watch out for is that the bathroom on the third floor is in one of the bedrooms so could be a bit inconvenient if all rooms are occupied.

We had 13 pax and it was a comfortable stay for all. Host was responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable too.

Tao Hoon is very responsive & helpful. The villa is easy to find (especially with Grab car). The place is clean and tidy, absolutely a great place for group of best friends stay / gathering.
